As predicted ... a strong start to the current year :


1) it is pleasing to note that we secured
the first sales of some of our new product offerings which we believe
will drive incremental revenues moving forward.

2) We entered FY22 upbeat, despite the ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty
associated with Covid-19 and have seen positive signs of returning business
confidence with trading in Q1 FY22 strong. We are well positioned in
a high growth sector, have a healthy net cash balance, a robust liquidity
position and a strong team in place to continue to move our Group forward.
Significant progress was made in FY21 and I am excited for the year
ahead.

I sincerely hope they have net cash given the placing to raise cash for possible acquisitions roughly three years ago. We've heard nothing on that front since so if they've dissipated those funds on day to day expenditure I will not be a happy bunny.

Ebitda of in excess of £3.6 million should mean earnings post-tax (no tax) and after adding back amortisation on acquired assets, exceptionals etc of £2.5 million. This also reflects lower interest and going forward they now have net cash. So eps of 10.5 plus adjusted tomorrow. If forward momentum is reaffirmed then looking at unadjusted and revised 14.5p next year (old analyst forecast) plus 25p cash. Then a share price of 250p plus makes sense.

... and if the company announces on Wednesday that current trading is ahead of expectation ... then expect more buying after the results instead of selling !

Hope so. Unfortunately it could be the buy in anticipation sell on the results brigade in action.Nursing a large loss so hoping the results will be the beginning of achieving what I expected them to achieve a couple of years ago.

Share price showing strenth towards the close ... so expect this rise to continue tomorrow.According to the last trading statement results will be good and this trading momentum will have continued in to the current year.

The share price will continue to rerate after the results !

First Day of Dealings

Acceler8 Ventures Plc, (LSE: AC8, "AC8", or the "Company") the Jersey-based acquisition company, announces the admission of its entire share capital to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Admission will take place and dealing will commence at 8.00 a.m. today under the ticker AC8 and ISIN JE00BNG2DL20.

AC8 was established in 2021 to undertake one or more investment and / or acquisition opportunities of businesses operating within the UK or internationally across certain sectors. These include gaming, media and entertainment, software and technology, industrials and business services.
