ADVFN has not updated the shares in issue.

There are now 22,106,460 shares in issue.

12 months group revenue to March 31 2019 was GBP 23.5 million.

Current year...6 months revenue (April 1 - Sept 30 2019) approx. GBP 16 million.

Current market cap GBP 60 million.

The chart shows a clear break of the downtrend which is very positive . Above 300 blue sky 420 to 450.

I notice the Technical Analysis from Zak Mir today mentions SWG pushing onward to a possible 300p.
Thereafter looking at a a possible further gain to 420p/420p.

It's tight here.

As at 27-9-2019, the Dirs held 17.8%

There are then 7 other "over 3%" holdings, which total 46.7%.

That leaves 35.5% in free circulation, which is only 7.85million shares for us.

SWG can certainly shift up a gear, even on quite modest demand.

+ 19p ... ( +7.6%) as I type, with the lowest ask on show at 270p and 269p being paid.

Whilst I am still adding to an already respectable holding, I tried dummy sells and buys earlier this morning and I could NOT get a live price for a "sell". Haven't tried since but not interested in actually selling.

Can't complain.Topped up/averaged down again.Presumably whilst they are concentrating on consolidating existing acquisitions and organic growth they are also actively looking for further add ons. Exciting times but not if the opinion polls start moving Steptoes way.
