                                   Admission


Application has not been made for the 307,692,300 ordinary shares of 0.1p each
in the capital of the Company issued to Coatdale Limited (the "Conversion Shares
"), approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 5 July 2002, to
be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. Admission of the
Conversion Shares was expected to occur and trading was expected to commence
today.



The Company will make a further announcement regarding the admission of the
Conversion Shares in due course.
