My final point. Gold is the most conductive material known to man....that means less is wasted in friction/heat...I dont pretend to know the cost benefit of gold mining in conteporary capitalism...I am interested in golds future.

I keep thinking `who is selling?' Am I wrong in thinking Odey (Bojos mate) Asset management are in trouble, and need to terminate profitable investments. Of course, the BOD could be duplicitous, but that would not explain why Patel bought, but our dynamic duo also sold subsequently!. Their links, and relationships, to the likes of Odey and Bojo we have not been informed about. The great thing is Shanta have little debt, the bad thing is they have a lot of PI's...easy picking....is Odey part of a corrupt game....would it surprise?

So if you've read that you'll see that confirmation is needed the next day. So if it does that then it will also break the cycle downtrend. That will be the buy signal!

If you read my posts gold bottomed last week and now we have broken above the neck line so we should go to at least $2001 but i think it will carry on with the inflation number, and the main reason why Shanta was down was market sentiment all hears were on the side of the fed, but now gold is on its move and will amke a new high probably on the 19th Nov.

In July 2020, gold went up from $1,800 ish to $2,089 in about 3 weeks... Hopefully, this breakout can replicate that fantastic move and we will see a new record high this month 🚀

An extra $30 an ounce x 64k ounces = $1.9m less tax = $1.2m = £0.9m. Apply a PER of 4 = 3% uplift on the share price.

Prior to hitting rock, they were reliably averaging 20k ounces a quarter. 17k does not look challenging. My concern is whether they have hit further rock or suffered other unreported setbacks - then we may miss target. It is possible insiders are aware of such problems taking the price down before any announcement. To my mind, it is the only logical interpretation of the price. Even so, like the previous rock issue, it would be temporary and I'll just ride it out.

But 17000 oz is not a demanding target if they have got through the rift and to maintain guidance a few weeks ago suggests that 60k is a minimum we should expect.

Next year guidance is 74000 oz so if they are back on track thats 18500 oz a quarter.

Lowtrawler, the total production up to the end of Q3 was only about 43 koz... I doubt Shanta will produce 17 koz in this Q4 to meet 60 koz target... Producing 65 koz is a dream like expecting Michael Jackson is still breathing in his wonderland 😂

Shanta is on about a 25 day cycle. One can play around with the cycle lines a bit to finesse it, but the cycle is pretty clear and we look to be pretty close to a cycle low now. Its got a lot going for it....its oversold on RSI as you can see, also on MACD which could turn up any moment.

Also today may leave a bull hammer candlestick, currently there is one but you need to wait for the 4.30pm close.

The upside trigger is a break of the downtrend line. This must occur at or after the cycle low to be valid. Its looking very interesting guys!
