Gosh it's been a long wait. August 2011 at 23.25p was my first buy and it's nice to be in profit at long last but it probably made my broker quite a bit as well.

QS99: Please ask ADVFN, as I have done, not to fill our screens with notifications that filtered users have made a new post (which we have no wish to read). Also, these posts should not be counted in triggering a “new post” alert on the favourite-thread page. This time-wasting with junk-filled screens does not benefit ADVFN in any way.
