Shareholders will have an attractive gold asset in Kenya... and Barrick will become a new institution to own the shares... they will cooperate with Shanta to commence the production... Shanta is going to be in higher league table of gold producer

Institutions selling and buying shares are normal... SHG is heading upwards... just sell your shares if worries 😂

well well well...... another one looking for exit door. Folks here been asking who's the seller, now we know, not one but 3 of them been selling. Question is why sell at current SP, when you can sell at much higher in next few month, as management have said on 18/6 there is so much value catalyst to come in next 6 months. May be they don't want anymore money.....lol!!

How do we even know they wont sell more going forward. Something very strange going on. I hope Shanta is not going back to their old tricks, saying one thing and doing another...imho. Word CAUTION comes to mind.

Sustainable Capital only increased their stake at the beginning of March and have only reduced that additional stake by less than half. As a result, it looks more that they are actively trading and taking some profit.

Its getting the required permits from the Kenyan government. Without those its a non starter.

So you think that Barrick were issued shares on the 23/6/2020 for a deal that's not yet completed.....oh, and the company have failed to notify the market about the deal closing and the shares being issued as well?!....crikey.....
