The two large trades were sales with delayed reporting.

They are what caused the damage other than the useless Directors.

This company is run by most incompetent management you will ever come across. check out share price history for the last three years. Management is only interested in paying themselves huge salaries. They have been delivering failures consistently for many years.

Just wait for couple of months, J.Auld will destroy the remaining cash as well, he has been doing this for the last three years. Keep paying himself and rest of the useless team huge salaries. None of them have the ability and competency to deliver anything positive.

Can't see any real benefit there in consolidation. There's no requirement for a minimum share price in the uk

Next share consolidation due shortly. I reckon at current levels a 1 for 5 should be about circa 15 PPS. This should give Auld at least a good 3 months before the share price is back down to 3pps.......and another consolidation.
