The assets are there. Can't see Auld in too great a hurry to cooperate but if there's an offer, then I guess it's the shareholders choice.

I don't really see any other way around it, the entire company needs to be put up for sale.

The company has assets, it has cash flow, it clearly has some value. It's hard to quantify that value, but it's definitely in excess of the current market capitalisation. If another bigger player took charge of these assets, they could take out a lot of the administrative expense here and the company would be profitable. The clear problem is the lack of cash flow to develop new production and the overhead expense of being a public company and a management team means the company is always just fighting to keep its head above water.

I think if you were to put this up for sale today, you might be able to get £10m for the company. That's a share price of about 10p. You would need someone willing to get their hands dirty and go activist though.

All the loss making companies having large rises and this money generating company is static. Funny old game.

You are absolutely correct. Complete shambles and incompetence. And now he will tell us how just the equipment and treatment plant in Romania is worth double the current market cap. But what about Romania's current production, tending to 0 and no new exploration..better sell off that equipment and do something else somewhere. If they only knew what business Strategy or shareholder value meant!

This company is run by the most incompetent management you will ever come across. Only interest of the management is to drain all the cash and pay themselves high salaries without delivering any share holder value. they have consistently delivered Failures for the last 5 years and waisted all the cash they raised.

Well one positive we pulled out of Angola based on their results on the block next to what Serinus bid for.

He is good with cost control but sadly too tight to spend any of his own cash on shares, or even our money for buyback

This company is run by Fraudsters J. Auld and his team. They have waisted all the money raised few years ago in fundraising at around 25p per share. All is gone in paying salaries to useless incompetent management. They have no interest for shareholder value.

One personal lesson for me is never to invest in company where you have Polish people in senior management.

Even if they are doing anything in the background Auld's arrogance towards investors and what seems like a deliberate lack of action to prevent price decline is simply shocking. Just tells you a lot about this greedy fat cat personality

He hasn't invested a lot but did spend a little money at last drop (was it 5k?) but yes, if I were in charge with that big salary, I'd put a big chunk back in......but sadly none of us are.....

Yes mate it sounds like a solid advice - but don't you think patients is hard to find with Jeffrey Auld while as he dropped the share price by some 98% while taking multiples of current AIM mcap in salar employing his useless mates on bod🤔🤔;🤔
sheppie888

We just have to be patient just a little longer, there are shells not far our mcap!
It could turn in a second, more pressure from Xtellus buying would help.

Auld won't spend his own money on shares, he won't do buyback with business cash. We are valued at a minimal fraction of the average for the sector. The CEO doesn't give a f.. about the share price. My votes kept him in the job this time but we should be more proactive to get market recognition in the UK - Poland already values the business properly
