I think the resolution to buybacks was passed.I agree,I wonder how many of us have around 2mill each?
That and M Hennigan,Xtellus must add up to quite a bargaining tool!
I can still sell a million without being crucified too.

I have just around 2m altogether, if we get better organised with UK investors we can call an EGM and force some buyback/dividend/RTO to the main market?

Same with my holding just under 1m could be sold in one go. There must be a substantial buyer in the background, as soon as I topped up a bit today they somehow arranged a fake transaction at 2.7 for a few shares while I was getting well higher offers. All to scare and fill their baskets?

Pretty sure M Hennigan sees great value here.
We could be at 1600 bopd by year end,hopefully and with some luck.
What happens when Hennigan et al breach 25 or 30% between them?
We have already had one partner,the board made big deal out of getting control back.
Still all to play for.

Given Xtellus' contual increasing of their shareholding, I guess we are not the only people who think it's undervalued.of course for them their shareholding is no more than a drop in the Ocean but they must see it as a good bet at these prices.

Given what they said in the AGM that most companies are trading at $8.50 a barrel of reserves in share price and this is trading at $0.66 a barrel I'd agree (sorry if terminology is wrong but this was the level of things from what I understood)

I was expecting a lot more voting against him.
What about Angola?
It won't be cheap which is why I thought Hennigan et al would get Auld out and go for the whole company.
Still could happen but maybe joint venture but they can't allot shares?
Looks like they voted in favour of share buy backs but against alloting shares?
Have I read correctly?
Where's the money gonna come from,maybe the Angola deal was on the proviso they were able to allot shares so does that now go to the wall?
Or are they gonna use funds from lifting in March?
Lots more questions after today's meeting.
Presentation on Monday maybe we find out more then.

This company is run by most incompetent Management you will ever come across, They have delivered nothing for share holders in the last fiver years apart from destroying company value and shareholder wealth.

The company is run by Fraudsters and Con men.
