People probably know my opinion of Namibia potential prospectivity, sqz assets there and char in general, so enough said!
However that is not to say humankind do need to explore these frontier areas and if we can get a free carry brilliant.
I don't expect us to be able to and then I don't expect it to be discovery either.
We have way more than enough to keep us busy busy and well positioned for production cliff a coming around 2020!

Looks like the backwardation has been cured by a couple of small sells.

Yes i agree its certainly felt like there has been a softly/softly buyer around for a while now. Lots of PI's selling small batches but plenty of em who are going to miss the big gains in the months into late 2018 early 2019....
imho

Yes I'd noticed that.
I know I keep on saying it (and theres no proof just a hunch?) But I think we are still seeing a buyer hoovering up?!
Maybe someone trying to get in pre spud r3?

Edit I've had backwardation quoted to me by telephone broker b4 verbally. I had to explain that the prices she quoted would not be honoured and to refresh her screen LOL!!

Offered 83.33 to sell. Thats a tight spread with published prices of 82.4 v 83.4

edit: and 83.3 to buy. Not often it costs less to buy than sell.....weird..

You mean preemption rights? We discussed this back and forth when the sale of BKR was announced and concluded that yes, if it's a third party then interested holders do have preemption rights...

When selling a stake in a field isn't there a set prochdure that the other

participants have priority rights to match outside bidder, if so will outside

bidder want to get involved with a smaller part of the sale?
