difficult to call, if Trump pulls out the oil price may well go up further along with the share price here so long as the Europeans stay in which is the expected outcome as I see it, but we won't know for sure until this evening, unless Trump starts tweeting before then! :-)

I personally don't see it as being a big deal at this time but just wanted to crystallise required cash for new business. Wanted to wait until r3 intervention work but didn't want potential volatility when you're trying to clear a 100k shares.

Not sure whether it affects us if the UK, France and Germany don't throw out the deal.Septics too big for their boots IMHO. Very much like we used to be when we warred against the poor Chinese for refusing to take our nice opium.

I've taken my number of shares held, down to 710k now as I've got a business opportunity potentially coming up in 5 weeks so just wanted to make sure I'd got the cash for this! A profit is a profit and very happy that I didn't have to sell as many as I first thought, as I found some money elsewhere!

GhaoN. Let's be clear, Israeli intelligence and special services are absolutely the best in the world, you would be very very surprised how far they stretch!!
I was just questioning/proferring that the 'stuff' recently 'discovered' was duplicated and already known and possibly dressed up as something else!!

robo175/Dunderheed - I beg to differ. Israeli intelligence is top notch and has time and again proven to be more accurate than that of US & British intelligence. The Israelis have extensive human assets on the ground making their intelligence far more accurate than relying solely on satellite imagery. Just look at the Western WMD intelligence that led to the Iraq war. With regard to any truth, we will never really know, but according to Kuwaiti press reports the Israelis used trucks to get to the border with Azerbaijan and then crossed the border with help from Iranian smugglers.

FB you can never trust Trump. He lies.
That is not to say some of his 'strategies' have worked.
Look at N Korea, surely he has to take a lot of credit for that?
Perhaps he will feel emboldened by that and carry on regardless with Iran?
I personally do not think that to be the case and maybe we will have another 6 months 'grace' whilst a solution to Iran is found because, they do seem to be behind an awful lot of military issues in the Middle East?

He's only a buffoon when he wants people to think he is and therefore underestimate him. He's after being PM.. I wouldn't trust him but he's very smart. Macron and Trump reached an understanding on Iran. Trump now blistering to keep the Eyerainians on their toes.

I can remember when I worked as an engineer the company i worked for supplied what we called skids, basicly a big lump of steel with a load of filters, pumps and valves and pipework well i did this skid with another engineer we reckon it had about 20miles of small bore stainless pipework, after we had finished this i was a pretty good at bending pipework, Also we didnt have any drawings as such just inlets and outlets they came down and photographed it and they then put it to paper, it was the biggest and most complicated skid we did for Sullom Voe. Now thats a long time ago.

Don't want to put the mockers on this but the 2 AHTS's for the rig move have disappeared off the requirements list and nothing appears "fixed". That said, there is a lot of activity with BP at the moment with 4 ??? AHTS due to start a rig move tomorrow for the DEEPSEA ABERDEEN and further stuff going on west of Shetland...hopefully all will become clear on Sunday....
