Who chaired the bonuses 3 financial directors that like CRISP statements ... drum roll ...

HS "spend 10 years, in the early part of his career, working in investment banking and merchant banking , primarily focused on the basic industry (mining) sector and subsequently has held senior executive and board positions with various mining companies. he was President and CEO of << TVX Gold >> at the time of its sale to Kinross Gold in 2003 and, subsequent to that, was President and CEO of Atlantico Gold.

Looking forward to the emergency AGM. The financial guys are asking the same questions by their own companies. Looking for fiduciary duty by three top institution directors. Having a tough time with the depression and your own investors asking questions.

Rain days folks. Buckle down.

AIM is all about letting a little rub off on you from the snouts in the trough. Is this yet another AIM lifestyle company? I've been here a while.

Yes - the AISC is high at the moment for lots of reasons. It drops dramatically when Coringa on line. We'd make US$250 x 80,000 - US$20M a year even if it dropped to US1,200 an ounce. We will soon be LAUGHING. Why the drop below 100p again???

Sherry,.Scrutiny? It's a fact that the ordering of the Ore Sorter was reported on 24/04/18 and the commissioning trials started on 08/01/20. So the total elapsed time was around 19 months - it was not 2 years late! (versus plan). MH expressed some frustration along the way - the machine had to pass a test run on Palito ore in Poland and then shipped across the Atlantic and through Brazilian customs, all the way out to remote Palito. Not easy..You may recall I was very outspoken on here two years ago that they should aim to organically fund Coringa in toto. IMO that would now be possible - but they have indicated significant spend on increased exploration during 2021 which will require some fresh indebtedness - which I support..I am not inclined to Confirmational Bias...... however, if you see the current team as that incompetent, I am surprised you are still in here..Cheers, tightfist

If pog was to go to $1700 and we get back to production in the mid 40,000, then we still make substantial amounts of cash. All of course imo. A year ago pog was nearer $1550.

You've misunderstood the CLN terms Sherry, the fact of the matter is that they are now less dilutive than they were at the time of issue. You can spend some time looking at them as it'll be more productive than your popcorn eating!

You're also taking issue with these new technologies that serabis bod are employing - how many other goldies are using ore sorters to increase efficiency? Not many that I've seen. You seem to have an axe to grind which is fine, but I don't agree with you and I don't think your arguments are either valid or stand up to scrutiny.

As for the POG going to 1700, good luck with that...

Gold bouncing back to $1860, was hoping SRB would follow. Well not long for the Qtr 4 production figures.

Hi Sherry, really not too sure what you have against those salaries. I just don't see them as egregious by any means. Infact quite the opposite; I was pleased when they were granted their options as it incentives them to light a fire under the share price for everyone's benefit.

Its all very well and good carping on about drilling the permits; until last year gold was at a level that did not enable them to generate the cash needed for the dilution free acquisition of Coringa, let alone a large drilling campaign. Had they decided to take that route before now, we wouldn't be looking at 60mm shares in issue and nearly debt free, it would be much, much higher and my shares would have significantly dwindled in value.

The acquisition of Coringa was I believe an attempt to make the company viable at a much lower POG via economies of scale (I.e. Three mines/two processing plants with the cost of one management board) - but now with the POG so much higher we are within sight of being a 100k oz producer with exploration being conducted apace. Sorry, but I'll pass on your CV for now... ;-)

Next predictable move, as experienced Raging Bull, is to have my accounts shutdown. Trump twitter move.

The problem is I'm using 5 years of information sourced from public Web sites like www.serabi.com, and www.sedar.com. Metric #2 was so predictable.

I want see the directors make the hard decisions on the executive team. You approve these fat salaries.
