Certainly not too much to argue with in there. Only disappointment for me is that the x-ray sorter commissioning isn't going to happen until H2 2019.

This takes production back to where we were and the PoG has also bounced back to 2017 conclusion levels. Will the share price reflect? Certainly with some director buys we'd be off to the races.

Grest Quarterslies, 20% increase in production from Q3, 20% increase in grade, highest quarterly production of the year. Over 10,000 oz and has passed last years production also. Some nice exploration parts to the RNS Also

Hi Sherry, I'm living in Dublin but from England originally. I just sent a couple of emails to the address on website, had no response to first one and they got a big response to second one. I've sent another one yesterday and waiting for a response. Just sent you a private message too.

Laptop - Its to know that the officer team responds to some investors. Are you living in the UK? Us CDN investors seem to get the cold shoulder when leave inquiries on their cell phone inboxes and SBI Web page. I find this very frustrating that officer team and IR firm never respond to CDNs.

Anyways, please inquire about their drill program this year. With the forecast increase in POG by Goldman, I would like to see two to three drills operting on the three mining properties. One drill should be dedicated to drilling up targets on the Sao Chico permits.

Yes Anyday now for the quarterlies, Clive came back from his holidays on Monday so I'm guessing he's busy preparing the figures with Mike.

Newmont acquires Goldcorp for $10B. Very bold move with gold miners recovering from a beating over the prior two to three months.

I'm wondering if there have been any offers fro SBI given its growing operations and YUGE exploration upside. I believe ELD still holds a small position. American Eagle is close by as well.

I encountered CL (incognito but recognised!) in the Autumn of 2007. We had a pleasant and reasonably direct chat; I found him a really likeable and sincere fellow so I am not surprised at his response to you.I aim to get along to the SRB AGM this June and finally get to meet MH, I get positive vibes about him too.

I won't copy and paste a private email Logan but I will pick a few ponts and summarise it later when i get a chance. It was pretty long and very decent of Clive to take the time to do it.

Just had a very impressive response to an email i sent to Clive Line the financial director at Serabi Gold. One of the longest emails I have every recieved from a company. It fills me with confidence in the BOD and the direction that the company is going in. Very polite and nice that he took the time to respond in such detail. Nothing market sensitive but a good response.

If Serabi are able to reduce the cost of production by the $150 per ounce as promised is the equivalent of a $150 rise in the price of gold.

The good thing about a high cost of production is that a rising PoG leads to a disproportionate increase in margin. However, patience looks to still be a requirement! Other goldies are on the rise so IMO we are likely to see tatty selling to put capital to work elsewhere? I hope we are going to see a substantial share price rise before the Coringa final payment becomes due! Hence my recent comment/enquiry about cashflow.Sprott has become a familiar name to followers of SRB. Has anyone looked at their ETF's SGDM and SGDJ? They are pretty focussed and judging by SRB Sprott have the network to see under the surface?Cheers, tightfist

On a positive note gold is edging up to the $1300 Mark which will help :) also we should have sold the gold shipment that it mentions in the previous quarter so gold sales should be better in Q4.

Serabi themselves have said they need to get the cost of mining the gold down and likewise with their promise to increase production to 100koz of gold per year, management have also promised to reduce the cost of mining to $1,000 per ounce within the next 18 months and to continue to reduce the cost to $950 - we'll just have to wait and see if it is another case of manaagement JAM tomorrow.

Oh and sorry forgot to say; if we do manage to rise from here it would be a double bottom - I'm told that's potentially very bullish! Ha.

Laptop15, loganair,

I'm personally of the same view as both of you, believe it or not. At this price serabi have a good opportunity to prove the valuation wrong by putting in a decent q4, and with the on going exploration, the mine upgrades (scrubber for tailings/x-ray sorter), should be able to demonstrate in the financials they have been underrated. It has taken a long time; I thought they would have been able to do it by now - hence my current underwater position here.

At the moment each time buyers are coming in they are matched by sells. I don't know whether this is bored shareholders or something else; but vol is climbing which can only be good. Hopefully the next RNS will give us a bit more cause for hope. As sherry said, mining stocks can move very quickly and a small cap miner like serabi, with its tiny free float can move extremely fast! It's just about the timing!

Lap - Sadly at the moment the sentiment seems to be against Serabi and therefore I can see the share price to fall further.

The biggest challenge I see for Serabi is that their mining of Gold is one of the most expensive at around $1,100 per ounce. It seems to me this needs to be reduced to below $1,000 per ounce before the share price will start to rise.

Nothing falls forever Logan and eventually shares turnaround so it sounds like its well overdue here. With more mines coming into production a RE-RATE will definitely happen imo. Just a matter of time. I'm confident anyway. It can't stay at this very undervalued level for too long.

Lap - a re-rate has been round the corner for the past 5 years and over these 5 years pundits have been say that Serabi is a Great Buying Opportunity. sadly all that has happened over these years is for the share price to continually and consistantly fall.

Few buys coming in today, I have a feeling a e-rate is around the corner. Looking at the chart The shares are very oversold on RSI and the Bollinger bands are narrowing which is a good buy indication. Any volume the the share should rise sharply. It's very undervalued based on assets of $76 million and cash of $15 at end of September. Currently sun £20 million mcap. We know quarterlies are due any day and expected to be good. There is also a resource size update and exploration news in Q1. Grest buying opportunity imo

Good write up Sherry, 2019 should be a great year for serabi. I think the company is getting ready for a big push imo as there is quite a lot going on behind the scenes. Plenty of excitement on the recent exploration results makes me think the BOD are quietly confident of what they believe they have found. This could all get quite exciting for us shareholders to soon :))
