The EGM has nothing to do with Sepura. There is a document on the Hytera website outlining the items to be voted on during the EGM.

Newbie.If it's related to sepura takeover talks then that is a very good sign.If the deal was off there would be no reason at all for an EGM. If it goes ahead then being a significant transaction, and capital being raised, an EGM would be a way to give more info to shareholders and primarily to pass any special resolutions which may be required or related to the takeover.

As I have been saying for many weeks. Ever since apf and co were ramping this above 27p. The offer is 22p. If the bid fails (as bids often do), then expect the share price to fall below 10p.

Oh and while I think about it tell me why Sepura did this last month if they were going to sell out to another company at £90M. It is just not going to happen
