The longer this goes on, the more serious they are about acquisition.They remain suspended still and have raised more cash.If they weren't serious, they would've informed the market, cancelled talks, and resumed trading.They will stay suspended until their first offer is in the open.There's an increasing likelihood of this going ahead as time passes.

19.75p on the bid at the end of today.

22p is the offer. <10p if the offer falls through (and it often does).

So take the 19.75p and lose out on 2.25p per share if the offer comes through or........

Hold on and lose 10p per share if the offer falls through.

No brainer.

Those who know this market place, and I have followed Sepura since it was founded, also know that Sepura would be an excellent fit for HYTera. The company's market position, customer base, gross margins and order book also make it an attractive purchase for private equity investors. I hope this perspective provides balance to certain nonsense posted on this bulletin board. In the best interest of customers, employees and long-standing shareholders I hope HYTERA quickly moves forward with an acceptable offer. I am confident it will.
