If the 250m is for Sepu, then surely once all the commissions etc are paid, the bid would be about 35p? Also, would they raise the cash if the bid hadn't been agreed in principle?

22p is fine by me with the amount I've got in here. Anything North of that I'll invite everybody round for drinks this Christmas - apart from the fact you may need to travel quite a distance.

£250 million CASH being raised by Hytera...And they intend to pay for Sepura with CASH.Hmm what a coincidence.

It was nearly £2 earlier this year, the drop in sterling makes the product much cheaper for overseas customers. Lots of potential upside here, plus the possibility of a bid.

It wasn't actually ramped to 27p at all.They released an rns saying they were in takeover talks. The following trading day it briefly hit 27 in early trading.I actually must've missed the 27p ramping session.I did however notice the blatant 22p deramping by somebody wanting to buy in lower, and being deluded into thinking the share price is following their stated prices..Just to keep you happy I reckon it will be 36p by the end of the week.So target 36p.FACT.

With Hytera being suspended since 4th Nov don't think we will have long to wait to see offer. Bid must be at least 35p imho.

22p is the takeover price. At most.

As I have been saying ever since this was ramped to 27p and above.

Can't image he has a long or short position given his continued offer guess. So why does he keep muttering away to himself?
