22/11/2016 07:35 | Now that's out let's see an offer! | glenkaz
22/11/2016 07:31 | Pretty bad but the takeover is what will be the icing on the cake | investment dave
22/11/2016 07:28 | The positives from this report 1. Debt reducing. 2. Cost cutting in place and working. 3. Sufficient funding in place. 4. Debt repayments renegotiated with lenders. 5. Strong order book in place for H2. 6. Takeover talks ongoing. 7. Strong new senior exec on board. This Company is a huge recovery play (and recovering) Lets just see what the market makes of this. | teacup
22/11/2016 07:20 | I was expecting much worse from the half year report. It doesn't look that bad at all I think this takes away a lot of the uncertainty of the last few months, not all but a much clearer picture. The future here looks a lot better. | teacup
22/11/2016 07:18 | Results as bad as were expected but nice to see the outlook and even bigger order backlog. Also the covenant waiver issue seems to be good for at least 12 months. | scapital
21/11/2016 23:09 | 60p offer tommorow! I'd p/ss with laughter! Or even 50p or 40p Gla holders only! 😃P | glenkaz
21/11/2016 23:06 | Back to 25p tomorrow!!!!!Ramp the hell out of this!!!! lol!! | miahkaysor
21/11/2016 23:04 | Yes ohdearohdear has been buying heavily. It's so obvious our good samaritan wants to buy cheaper.Even he admitted the other day that he thought it could be bought for around 65-70p, which is THREE TIMES what he's been stating while deramping.Good times ahead as bid coming for definate after tomorrow's update puts everything in the open . | apfindley
21/11/2016 22:33 | Love to see a great update tommorow! Watch those sk/m that ramped sold and Bragg burn! 30p++ | glenkaz
21/11/2016 21:24 | No need to ramp.Company is financially ok until april.By that time recovery will be well underway. The predators pounce for a reason. They see something good for a cheap price. They saw sonething good at a higher price but waited for a better bargain. If the business was toast they wouldn't evrn bother. This has 100p written over it, easy.. | apfindley
21/11/2016 21:19 | Anyway, see you at 20p tomorrow morning. Goodnight. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 21:18 | apf...you are obviously completely unaware of SEPU's financial problems. If the bid falls through, they will need to raise many millions by issuing shares at 10p. You need to do a bit of research if you going to attempt to ramp. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 21:16 | I do think that this will drop below 20p tomorrow morning on the results RNS. But should recover to end the day flat. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 21:15 | If the bid falls through, it will likely make a steady climb to 100p+ as the business strengthens again. | apfindley
21/11/2016 21:14 | Say what Bill? I have been advising on 22p since the price was greater than 27p and being ramped like there is no tomorrow. But with the price as it currently is, no you will not lose anything with a 22p bid. Of course if the bid falls through, there will be considerable downside. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 21:12 | Offer at 34p.You will hear later tomorrow. | apfindley
21/11/2016 20:58 | Butler4 - I think you'll find the dealing disclosures show that John Drinkwater has been steadily selling down since 16th November (selling on 16th, 17th and 18th)and the Aviva disclosure today shows that Aviva had a very small net sale of shares on Friday. Henderson have also sold down a bit since 4th November (from 15.1% to 14.2% on Friday). But on the whole there has been very little movement in positions disclosed since 4th November when the "offer period" started. We will hopefully find out around 7am tomorrow how the first half of the year has gone and how positive (or otherwise) the underlying outlook is. I very much doubt that any of Henderson, John Drinkwater and Aviva have any "insider" knowledge of what is going to be reported. | 1gw
21/11/2016 20:24 | Even if it is 22p you are not going to lose anything are you??? | billthebank
21/11/2016 19:42 | You guys, can you be upfront. I'm no expert. I bought on recent surge last week - today I see Drinkwater, Aviv etc have bought loads - surely this is indication something is happening that will positively reflect on price tomorrow - why all the doom and gloom. Maybe I'm missing something. | butler4
21/11/2016 19:32 | I'm holding! But will say not happy today! Disgraceful skum! | glenkaz
21/11/2016 19:14 | Maximum. 10p if the bid falls through. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 19:14 | Yes sure. The drop indicates that good news will be released tomorrow. I hope some of you were taking my advise and selling. Bit late now. Never mind. 22p. | ohdearohdearohdear
21/11/2016 18:13 | Good news hope tommorow ! 30p | glenkaz
21/11/2016 18:08 | Be better when drinkwater is out fully.Possibly tomorrow? He has drip fed a 20%+ holding since the share price was 150p+When he's gone, the price will rise. | apfindley |
