As soon as this company turns the corner it will be taken private through a MBO for pennies. I have seen this so many times before - greedy management screw it into the ground and then screw the shareholders. This one will be no different.

Until we know how much they need will not know how much dilution there will be.

Yup, the joyce-loebl site is hardly going to say "we are doing really badly, we can't make a profit, and we don't have enough cash to get to next year", is it?

I sold my shares in Screen because I was fed up waiting for them to get anywhere near my 62p average and unlike yourself I see no light at the end of the tunnel. I've averaged down in the past but there was no way I was going to chuck more good money after bad. I have absolutely no confidence in the present board's ability to turn Screen as a whole into a successful business. Through my folly of having invested in this heap of junk I am £3000 light, however I am confident that I will be able to set this loss off against other profits.
As far as I'm concerned it's good riddance to bad rubbish, but I do wish those of you who hold better luck with Screen than I've had.

Why anyone would sell now is beyond me. The idea of investing is buy low sell high.

After four and a half years of suffering with this pile of rubbish I finally got rid of them today. My paltry 5000 shares realised a whopping £3000 loss!!!
I should be crying my eyes out but instead I feel strangely elated. No longer will I have to see the word "SCREEN" on my portfolio.
Good luck to those who hold, I've a feeling you're going to need lots of it!!

what they do not understand is.

1/How to keep investors informed about the company on a regular basis.
2/How to restructure once properly.
3/You cannot aford to 'waste a year'

The bit I don't understand is: of all the options over the years that they have awarded themselves in abundance, surely none have ever been taken up or been beneficial have they. Maybe I just don't understand them.

Hi sparky, yes they did, they were very overvalued @ 4p+ but now they seem to be getting back to realistic levels,although i dont think it would be to long now before they move northwards once more.Were you aware that they have been winning contracts but they weren`t put on their website or the rns service.Things could get interesting.
Well, look forward to seeing you back there once they hit 2p.

P.S Luckily I took some profits @ 3.7p and used against mortgage.(Pmeas advised then) .

Hi Offerman,

CYH are a quality outfit but the valuation did get ahead of itself, and yes I made a bloody fortune. the rise from 0.6p to 4.4p was very dramatic.

I always said i would be back in at 2p and it is very near that, sentiment is against CYH at the moment as alot of people bought from 2p upto 4.4p and have been slowly selling for months now.

I know some of the other guys who bought a few million at 0.37p and bailed between 2p and 3p and they are certainly looking to get back in around 2p.

Put this way if we can buy CYH shares for around 2-2.1p i personnally will by 2-3M shares.

I held 3M previously.

Hello sparky, How are you doing?After you made well over 100k pounds on cybit would you reconsider reinvesting in them again? Just to let you know results not far away and a very large contract rumoured to be not to far away.
Congrats to you for taking your profits then, because most didn`t including myself but still beleive they will improve soon.
