17/8/2020 18:14 | Well I’ve been trying to buy stock today and it’s causing stock monitoring pricing ;-/ must be really tightly held. | 2theduke
17/8/2020 15:35 | having certainty rarely equates to future outsized stock market returns. whilst risky, buying when it is uncertain leads to greater returns. i did enjoy the zulu principle way back when though which from memory was all about z scores which would infer i am talking rubbish! | edwardt
14/8/2020 08:10 | Another one of SENS's regular dead cat bounces? We need concrete news of projected revenues / profits before I decide to take a risk on whether to invest any more here. | zulu_principle
13/8/2020 15:00 | This is the fun bit, same as usual. The quick buck in a day gang bail, and the share price goes with it.Hopefully there is some substance behind those big buys, and the suffering for us wally's who believed will finally get maybe their money back ?? | aspringo
13/8/2020 15:00 | " As previously announced, Lorimer Headley, left the Board and the business on 2 March 2020. He made allegations against the CEO, Lord Drayson. The Board arranged for these allegations to be investigated by an independent law firm and they found that the allegations were not supported by the evidence. The Board has decided, to avoid further legal costs and distraction for the business and in recognition of Mr Headley's contribution to Sensyne Health, to make a payment as compensation for loss of office to Mr Headley of £150,000 and a contribution of £200,000 towards his legal fees. As part of that settlement the Board has also agreed to provide outplacement assistance up to a value of £30,000. This constitutes full and final settlement of all claims in relation to his employment. Following termination of his employment, Mr Headley also received a payment in lieu of his three-month contractual notice period and a payment in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday. " Why pay him £150k and £200k of his legal expenses whn the independant firm found no evidence whatsoever that the allegations were true ? | cokehookerscars
13/8/2020 12:45 | Something is going on. Up 12.5% today. Just looked at the trades today and there are lots of small trades. A heck of a lot more than usual. As well as blocks of 11,14, 25 and 50k. | billy3
13/8/2020 12:33 | oi oi - someone wants them! i like the clean air product btw. given rate of deaths going sky high due to pollution, i can see that one getting an audience. | edwardt
13/8/2020 11:43 | Yes - if it keeps going up at this rate, might even be in the black by end of the month!! | mrc2u
13/8/2020 10:36 | Indeed, I've been watching this one closely - now that the employment tribunal is closed are they set to re-rate? Lot's of 50k buys coming in today (and earlier this week). | 74tom
13/8/2020 09:39 | For a small stock, very little newsflow, the share sales and buys volume has been unusually large over last few days.Seems poised to move, but I have too many at alot higher prices to dive in for more.Feel I may miss an opportunity to get my average down. | aspringo
12/8/2020 07:28 | the company is Lord Drayson. He wants to build an empire. I like that ambition. | edwardt
10/8/2020 11:41 | More likely that, when the men in dark suits came knocking for Mr Headley, he reacted emotionally rather than rationally and Drayson then did the sameThese things are always best settled quickly & quietly but, despite airing their dirty laundry, it is not a huge sum compared to amounts raised (or splashed on dodgy bonuses to Drayson & Headley)Would be good to see new CFO appointment and a good trading update as these could double or treble in very quick orderAgree that Drayson has a Best Before date and, if not already past, it is certainly close. Tough call for the chair thoughMrC | mrc2u
10/8/2020 10:52 | Looks like they wanted to draw a line under it They need a massive change at this Company They've talked about acquisitions. Get on with it! A RTO changing Company name and sidelining Drayson would be ideal. No way can this Company continue with this lame duck management and lame duck strategy. That would be only glimmer of hope. They decided to settle to get it out of the way before a big deal ? | the stigologist
10/8/2020 10:22 | mrC2u - You are correct in your view of BBW - could not agree more - but on this occasion I fear he may (unusually) be right - The fact that the case was settled out of court with the company "contribution of GBP200,000 towards his legal fees" does not seem to fit well with " investigated by an independent law firm and they found that the allegations were not supported by the evidence" - so why not contest unless maybe (but not known) there were doubts. | pugugly
10/8/2020 09:42 | In which case, Pugs, you must be wrong. ByeByeWell is, I have found, entirely disagreeableMrC | mrc2u
10/8/2020 07:57 | re 186 - One of the VERY FEW TIMES I agree with buywell3. | pugugly
05/8/2020 20:59 | Problem is the Acacia overhang! | rambutan2
05/8/2020 13:30 | Remember results due next month which we have already been told are ahead of expectations.so would think we are will rise sharply over the next few weeks.tightly held so queeze could be on. | donmac101
23/7/2020 12:09 | I'm with you Billy, average much higher,no couldn't throw anymore at it,as us private investors always last to know.I normally watch this tick down on alternate days to my other large holding in destiny pharma. One day maybe they'll both come good. Not concerned as can't go anywhere and spend it anyway.Good luck to all holders. | aspringo
23/7/2020 11:11 | Not sure about that Edwardt lol ! Some of my positions were about a £1 but have averaged down quite well. That said, I’m fully aware of the risks but disappointed with the current price. The company is on target as per the original IPO plan. Hopefully the apps rolled out to the NHS will bring in regular income as COVID has increased the need for remote monitoring. Needs some more deals with the pharmas. What we don’t want is further placing or rights issue to raise more cash. The next 6-12 months will be critical. | billy3
23/7/2020 10:49 | well done billy = you should add big balls to your name | edwardt
22/7/2020 18:30 | This will explode price wise. Drayson knows what he is doing and AI is where the future is in healthcare. This was originally valued on the basis of the great and good (or not so good) backing it but now they have melted away (or gone bust)it is about execution and PD knows how to do that. Fill your boots. | blast from the past
22/7/2020 16:16 | My buy yesterday was shown as a sell. This 250k trade seems to have assisted the price towards close today. Suspect it was a buy looking at the timings Jul 22 2020, 15:48 29.50 250,000 29.00 30.00 ? £73,750.00 | billy3
22/7/2020 15:54 | Some fairly chunky support today | mrc2u |
