Likewise H&L, show these as Arcturis Data Ltd in account portfolio details ... and still as £0.1. Still very intrigued on choice of name. There is too Arcturus Theraputics, listed on Nasdaq.

Embedded within the divisional accounts lodged at Companies House and signed off by Grant Thornton there is confirmation that the Phesi collaboration is currently for 7 years. I think their recent news could be of significance for Arcturis. https://www.phesi.com/news/trial-accelerator-launches/There would appear to be some definite repositioning / reorganisation of the old Sensyne, so will be very interesting to see what Alex Snow has in mind. Renaming, rebranded and a new beginning

Yes I noticed my portfolio list has deleted SENS and has been replaced with Arcturis Data Ltd in its place. Still a good sign if nothing else.

There is a huge coincidence with the new name of Arcturis Data Ltd and the Co Arctoris operating in completely the same field.

Think we just have to wait and see. Something is going on in the background. Past accounts for the divisions filed at Co House show one had a profit of 22m with a NAV of about 80m. To offset that the other division had huge losses. With these accounts are statements from a board meeting in Aug, stating the Co had 6m in cash as of that date and a further 8m still available on drawn down, in their opinion taking them through to Oct 23. But something else happening now imo not just a new name.

If anyone is interested, it it appears Sensyne has a new name Arcturis Data. Perhaps the phoenix will rise again.

You are about a week late with that. Now Monitoring Companies House, for the change from PLC to Ltd, on or around the 4th. Details then disclosed will indicate board changes etc in line with possible cost cutting and in line with a Ltd.
