21/7/2020 19:57 | Well for better or worse, I topped up today. Keep averaging down. | ![]() billy3
21/7/2020 19:09 | Surely they must be close to announcing a new CFO soon?If he or she is a proper grown up, then expect better news flow and some buying. They have already got a top notch chairI think these will move on CFO appointment | ![]() mrc2u
21/7/2020 15:57 | why would independent minded liberal geeks want to work with authoritarian deep state natsec ghouls ? i'd have thought those oriented by money would want options/equity in private sector those oriented by best workplaces/other geeks to geek with would want cutting edge academia/start ups/US tech behemoths ? i don't think SENS are all that frankly. they've some good people but they seem to have missed the real market which is where likes of RENX and PYC are the players | ![]() the stigologist
21/7/2020 15:50 | Looks like going the other way - New alltime low dump - Not sure how good the company is at AI - Most of the best geeks are probably working with GCHQ! (all imo) | ![]() pugugly
20/7/2020 12:04 | the press now moving in on the acacia 'give away'deal - synairgen stock up 380% today and possibly a lot more on what acacia actually paid. We need to redefine President Reagan's quote replacing regulator with government as the worst words in the english languuage. "i am from the regulator and i am here to help" lets hope sensyne is next on the list to multibag! | ![]() edwardt
18/7/2020 19:53 | Hi edwardt, I thought a 100p was the bottom! Then 50p!! So no doubt 30p will prove not to be... | ![]() rambutan2
16/7/2020 21:06 | Love that summary and am "with you" albeit I bought 6 months ago! | ![]() edwardt
16/7/2020 03:37 | Current mkt cap £40.5m, cash at start of May £31.5m. I relistened to the interims webcast: I reread the y/e trading statement: I'm not a fan of broker's forecasts. But both Liberum and Peel Hunt have target prices, reiterated often this year, of multiples of the current price. They are expecting the apps business to be very profitable in the States. Whilst Lord Drayson hasn't covered himself in glory, he is driven, he has a very good contacts book and he has a lot of skin in the game. The team in Oxford, with its links into the university, is cutting edge. Bayer and Roche, with their huge resources and pick of the world, chose to use them. So, I think that sometime over the next 12mths SENS will emerge from what is/has been a horrible negative loop and anyone buying at the current price will do well. imho | ![]() rambutan2
15/7/2020 22:30 | rambutan2- Thanks for the links - Looks as though LINK have a lot of questions to answer - As the article says - If the yanks could flip at a fantastic profit why could LINK not have got the price themselves? | ![]() pugugly
15/7/2020 20:56 | Perhaps this is one they intend to hold? Am I right they are opening a oxford based office? | ![]() edwardt
14/7/2020 11:55 | Down yet aggain - 90,000 EXITED AT 30.5P - So how much further to clear overhang? IMO - Only way the overhang will be cleared at anything like an improved (upwards) level would be for the company to demonstrate that it has accelerated the discovery and development of new medicines and improved patient care - "Profitably for the company" Can anyone supply any solid evidence that this is happening? Maybe I am looking in the wrong place - Thoughts? | ![]() pugugly
10/7/2020 21:23 | And drifting ever lower share price indicates the mkts low expectations of Acacia's determined selling technique. As witnessed elsewhere recently on LSE. Aimho | ![]() rambutan2
10/7/2020 21:16 | Confirmation of above post: (SENS named on pg8) | ![]() rambutan2
24/6/2020 16:33 | edwardt, likewise I am sure. I know for a fact that ARIX are part of the package but they said that it wasn't all signed off yet, hence no announcement. In fact the whole Acacia deal is looking more like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. The shares will still be seen by the mkt as an overhang rather than having gone into good longer term hands. | ![]() rambutan2
24/6/2020 08:03 | As of this morning Link Fund Solutions are still shown on Sensyne's "Shareholder Information" web page as owning 15,176,204 shares (11.8% of the company). | ![]() zulu_principle
22/6/2020 20:51 | Acacia deal that is | ![]() edwardt
22/6/2020 17:41 | pretty sure we are part of the deal - anyone confirm? amazed they don't have to rns it! | ![]() edwardt
05/6/2020 14:55 | Fingers crossed they need to catch a break Been unending bad news I think a name change (again) might be in order as well as acquisition RTO to change focus ? At present of Private Companies Exscientia/Benevolen Public sphere PYC/ETX/C4XD | ![]() the stigologist
05/6/2020 14:46 | I would be surprised if SENS isn't one of the 19: Acacia Research Corporation ("we", "Acacia" or "the Company") (Nasdaq: ACTG), a publicly-traded investor in absolute return assets, today announced that it had entered into an agreement with Link Fund Solutions Limited ("LFS") to purchase shares in up to 19 public and private life sciences companies from LF Equity Income Fund (the "Fund") for a total consideration of up to £223.9 million. The acquisition of the private companies is subject to the waiver or completion of customary pre-emption processes of such companies... Acacia is backed by well known activist hedge fund | ![]() rambutan2
21/5/2020 16:22 | And Liberum stayed at 260p when commenting on last week's update. | ![]() rambutan2
21/5/2020 16:08 | I notice that Peel Hunt yesterday made no change to their previous 195p tp. Justfwiw. f | ![]() fillipe
15/5/2020 06:09 | re 153 = Credit where credit due - Spot on - (imo) Especially last line - To which may one suggest a grandee who has been away from the coal face too long and may have lost the skills necessary (if he ever had them) to run a lean and mean start-up. | ![]() pugugly
15/5/2020 03:39 | I thought it a rather good update. A view clearly not shared either by this board or by Mr Mkt. I added a few and will continue to wait patiently. | ![]() rambutan2
14/5/2020 16:43 | yes a very thin update they have a lot of mouths to feed and they don't really look to have a sustainable scaleable model yet those acquisitions they said they would make need to come fast at this rate I'd suggest a major restructuring/RTO is best option sideline Drayson et al but retain the listing and cash Drayson may be too proud to relinquish control though ? | ![]() the stigologist |
