Don't know who Vicky Lee is – But look folks propane is a clean fuel with low emissions – It's used exclusively all over the world, almost every caravan in the world uses this as a source of heating and cooking for gods sake!

Where does it say they needed to apply for a different licence if they are running on a different fuel?

These units are designed to run on either fuel gas heavy oil(diesel) or propane

This means that if the machine is running on either of the above fuels its emissions will not exceed the air quality for the state in which it's designed to operate.

California has one of the most stringent of air quality controls within the country

This unit was built to California air quality control regulations- their main office is just down the road from Tapia.

Are we saying that the management had failed to apply for a licence to have the thing running on time?

I would say that is almost guaranteed Bobby. On finding they could not use the intended gas supply, which a permit was already in place for, they would have to re-apply. That application would probably have gone in, in January as soon as the decision was made. Bearing in mind, they were considering" the situation!

mot as far as i can see ferny - looks like they got the permit but it needed a classification change to run on different fuel. I may be wrong though, open to corrections.

Next time someone speaks to JE can they ask him when he made the application for the license, since it should have been made back in July last year when the unit arrived.

Edit Application should have been made before that date so it should have co-insides with the delivery on site

Well, they joined recently maybe in the new year, I think. There are now 7 MMs quoting SER, SEYP, HOOD, WINS, KBC, LIBC, CANA & SCAP.
