UK....thought he was long? wasn't he spouting the bull case not a day or so ago, clearly doesn't know whether he's coming or going...dementia

thought he always said stick to facts not hope? and yet he's stated "I have no evidence for this"...oh dear

"We will no very soon".....no??? oh dear

last but not least the gracious fellow (not) who has not a clue whats transpiring at Sefton has made some ghastly calls in the past.....VLR a speculative buy at 20p now at 7p and heading binwards....MCB a nailed on certainty to rise to 300p from his call at 260p, now 80p and sell notes galore...

oh and he even called JKX a sell in the mid 300's now romping away pushing 450p

New Readers should note the forementioned in relation to gracious fellow

Case for the prosecution is irrefutable

Peter...

To use the word "no" instead of "know" is far more than mistyping...and to state that this is the case is folly...

He continually berates folk for spelling and grammar mistakes, I suggest that unless ones own command of the language is impeccable, this should cease immediately..

He has also stated numerous times, "to buy facts not hope"...his words...and then has the audacity to make a comment such as "I have no evidence to support my case"....beggars belief

He has been exposed for what he truly is......and now is making a vain attempt to backtrack.....we have his number, and his credibility is shot

Lastly, whilst its easy to call housbuilders and banks short in a credit crunch and housing downturn and gloat at ones "good call", he omits the bad calls....not a sign of a gracious fellow.

DRH,

The gracious fellow has a mature command of language. That is obvious to all save those that have been the beneficiaries of an indifferent education.

So far as regards his knowledge of the markets, I refer you to minerman's view. He stated that he did not have sufficient knowledge to take on the gracious fellow. Furthermore, I refer you to bobbyg, who stated that the gracious fellow knows what he is doing. I could go on but the point has been made.

Now, you have not explained what led you to think Sefton ought to purchase a couple of rigs. Nor have you offered an explanation for the demise of MPH, your only 'aim listed' holding. Finally, if it is your only aim listed holding, how is it that you claim to hold Sefton.

I shall speak to UK to see if you can be accomodated at the bakery - DRC the baker. It has a certain ring to it.

Take your coat and close the door in your way out.

Anyway back to Sefton

Looks like we are taking a little breather on our way back to a sensible valuation - still massivley undervalued IMHO. The aggressive drilling campaign shows how feasible Hardmans valuations are and I think the 10p current valuation is conservative. we should be trading around that level now and hopefully we will be there or thereabouts when results come out. At the moment we are still trading at a significant discount of where we should be, probably due to sentiment and the general market conditions.

very good risk v reward at this level and a good buy long and short term. No success for steaming, drilling or a JV on CBM priced in currently IMO.

Bobbyg,

That is a lie and you know it.

thats a lie and you know it - you accused me of bad grammar for spelling grammar as grammer. that you dont know the difference between a spelling mistake and bad grammer shows how little erudition you have. and that you accuse me of lying when you know this to be true just how little contrition you have. end of.

Yas0.....I'm prepared to let "bygones be bygones" (since I'm prepared to forgive and forget those willing to change) if your willing to "change your spots" and enter into reasoned debate, without being obnoxious, conceited and belittling others for comments on an open forum....I'm not fussed either way.

you're still on filter, so I will gauge the response from others....

if you're prepared to do this I shall remove my posts forthwith.

shadowchaser,

Why don't you go chasing the shadows on yas0's own thread if you want to spend your time cooking his sock, rather than cluttering up this thread.

Bobbyg,

That is a lie and you know it. I have often pointed out that mistake when others have made it, and thus it would be impossible for the gracious fellow to make the same mistake. All other errors are due to swift typing, since if you check it will always be a case of hitting the adjacent key etc.

SC,

It is not a case of showing contrition - I was merely explaining the fact that the hour was late and the gracious fellow was reading something else at the time (doubtless the word 'no' must have appeared in the text I was reading, and hence I typed the same in that post).

In fact, having given the matter further thought the answer is readily obvious.
Having not slept for some 24 hours, the hour was late and thus the gracious fellow was likely typing whilst, for all intents and purposes, having a snooze.
It was only moments after that I was well and truly in dreamland.

For once, UK is right. I cannot explain the moment of madness that gave rise to the use of the word 'no'. Perhaps my mind was on other matters, and the hour was late. Whatever the reason, it cannot be attributed to the speed of typing etc.

The reality is I must have been simultaneously reading something else and hence the distraction gave rise to the error. One error after two years of posting reinforces the rule that the gracious fellow is a highly erudite chap. Why? Well, the exception to the rule proves the rule itself.
