05/10/2018 20:05 | POOM Is SEE mentioned in the article ? Quick glance didn't notice though can see it's relevant. tradermel Good one. ' The report says Cadillac's Super Cruise does the best job of monitoring if drivers are paying attention when they take their hands off the steering wheels.' Phil LeBeau | hazl

04/10/2018 10:31 | Poom bear I always find if I go back to the research and the original reason I invested here then I get enthusiasm again. BBS are all very well but if a share price is complacent then look again at the facts! | hazl
04/10/2018 10:25 | This is interesting, I've reconsidered and bought back 300k. Makes me think GM Cruise might buy Fovio. GM, Honda and Toyota (via Softbank) all invested in GM Cruise, which as we should know here uses SEE tech. | poombear
03/10/2018 17:54 | That is correct, whichever way you want to phrase it.An extract from safesticks article is as follows: "and continue to assume that the Fleet business has no value."I.e if it had any significant value it would have been included in the 28p.All in all it positive on SEE. | ravin146
03/10/2018 10:04 | A few more for me. | celeritas
03/10/2018 08:10 | Ravin, I read but that they base their target price of 28p on the Auto business, they aren't saying fleet has no value. So I read it as 28p for Auto plus whatever Fleet, Aviation, Mining and Rail are worth. | seeing2020
02/10/2018 21:49 | Fleet business has no value according to that article...is it time to just ditch that business and save the capex going forward? | ravin146
02/10/2018 10:52 | 28p target price and that's just for Auto business hxxp://www.safestock | seeing2020
02/10/2018 08:22 | I have a feeling that these will be a very interesting prospect indeed....despite a volatile share-price. | hazl

01/10/2018 10:18 | Copied from "seeing2020" on the LSE BB - Note another member there mentions that our tech is also in the concept car from VW So the BMW Seye DW is when SEE couldn't compete due to Takata issues. Now its a fair fight Tier Ones and OEMs are choosing SEE. Cenkos note 210618 "Seeing Machines had missed out on design wins in 2017 whilst it was locked into an exclusivity arrangement with Takata. Since exiting the exclusivity agreement, Seeing Machines has won three major design wins which include a relationship that was previously believed to be with a competitor. This adds support to our view that Seeing Machines has the market leading DMS solution. " 1) Autoliv / Veoneer - Swedish Tier One Autoliv (Veoneer) moved from Swedish Tier 2 Smarteye to SEE, this is what Cannacord said about it in their initiation note "As a global first mover, with real-world aftermarket technology validation, millions of distraction/fatigue data observations and machine response data sets, and countless R&D engineer hours and dollars spent, SM can leverage its technology via industry leading partners to their mutual advantage. We expect Autoliv to have kissed a lot of frogs in its quest for “best in class accuracy and reliability” and its choice of SM is in our view a powerful reference" 2) The Big OEM The top OEMs are choosing SEE, none of them are choosing Smarteye and some are moving from Smarteye to SEE. US - GM - SEE win - Ford - SEE win with chip - FCA - TBA Europe - Merc - SEE win - BMW - SEE win (from Seye) - VW Group - TBA Japan - Toytota - Kevs got the t shirt - Honda - Nissan So why are they choosing SEE above the cheaper SEYE and in some cases moving from SEYE to SEE? FOVIO seems key according to Cenkos "The FOVIO chip provides OEMs a rapid and low cost route to integrating a DMS system into a vehicle which is especially useful for lower cost volume produced vehicles. This is because integrating software into a vehicle platform requires the vehicle to have considerable processing capacity, or for it to be upgraded. Then the software needs testing and validation when running alongside other programmes. The FOVIO chip is a standalone system that is already validated to the automotive industry and therefore the timelines to integrate and test, especially into lower performance vehicle platforms, such as higher volume vehicles produced by Ford or Chrysler, are far shorter. This is especially important when considering the timelines for OEMs to implement DMS have, since the Euro-NCAP and Europe Commission announcements, become far shorter than they originally anticipated. We currently see no other competitive standalone automotive grade validated product available on the market. We therefore expect this product to feature in many more design wins for mass produced vehicles in the coming years. ' | zero the hero

30/9/2018 12:14 | 'Contracts have also been won, taking the total number with manufacturers to five. Between 2019 and 2026, the company estimates that the deals could generate A$138 million ($100 million) in revenues. This is not yet a cash generative business, so progress may not be smooth, but the potential is large and there is plenty of cash in the bank to fund growth.' Thanks indeed Andrew Hore. | hazl
