I've just seen on twitter a 'cap' designed by Ford to stop accidents,whilst lorry drivers are driving.
Anybody seen this, is it a rival system?
How long has it been in use?

Don't put words into my mouth. The costs for a placing are different to a loan. Both have upfront costs, monetary and time, but a loan is an ongoing cost and possibly with a level of oversight.

I was expecting some form of placing around mid-2019 due to the cost of assisting prospective licensees evaluate their technology but recent RNS and sell offs from institutions suggests it may happen towards the end of the year. No doubt their recent visit to the UK was related to discussions with IIs about this. The lack of any sort of house broker research is suspicious too. Yes they could tap their bank loans but why pay interest when they can tap the market practically for free? It'll be couched in terms of needing to push their technology on multiple fronts and it taking longer than expected for manufacturers to make purchasing decisions and rolling out products.

I read the Lse board and all they do is post links and blah blah about everything that's great about see and the last rns apparently means see is worth billions and billions but ignoring the reality. Look at the big delayed trades both sells. Getting ready for placing.
