Look at the news for Costain this morning(I do not hold)
the UK is getting ready for these new technologies.

'Costain, the smart infrastructure solutions company, has been awarded a technology contract by Highways England, to work in collaboration with them, the Department for Transport, Transport for London (TfL) and Kent County Council to design, install and implement one of the UK's first pilot connected vehicle corridors on a live road. Placing? That does not represent a fear with so many pipelines being fixed and signed. Placings are only feared when the future of the company is doubtful and the use of money raised a concern. IF the company need to raise finance to get to production that would be fine by me. The last raise was did not dampen the SP, and arguably set the stall for the rise from 4.5 to 14.

Better to focus on the placing price for short to medium term trend.

12623, my old company were always tendering and coming second place. Possibly the same future for SmartEye as so far all they seem to be good at is blowing their own trumpet and not really coming up with results. What it does point to is £800M worth that SEE are probably tendering for, but because SEE are a bit too dignified we do not get the hype, but we do seem to be getting the results.

One of the reasons I did not trade this rise is I felt that news may come out during this last months or so …. well it cannot be contained for too much longer

There is sure to be fairly constant news flow I would have thought.
As pointed out it does often go quiet over the summer.

Smarteye released an update today. One of the highlights for me is that they are currently tendering for about £800M worth of contracts due to conclude in the next 12months. That's a game changer for SEE and SE.

Goodness this plays right into our hands!
BY 2020 vehicle manufacturers wanting to qualify for a full NCAP safety rating will have to fit a driver monitoring system DMS to new vehicles.....
From link above

' T'his follows the May 2018 release of the European Commission “Europe on the Move” policy recommendations for the future of road safety, with specific proposals on advanced safety features. Ken Kroeger, Chairman and CEO of Seeing Machines says “we are delighted with the news that governments have formally recognized the importance of driver monitoring technology as a safety feature”.

DMS (driver monitoring system) technology is typically used to enable intelligent ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems)
and semi-autonomous driving systems as well as enabling advanced new display, safety and convenience features.
Seeing Machines technology is used in the General Motors’ Cadillac Super Cruise system, as well as two premium German
OEMs and another American OEM. DMS systems by Seeing Machines will be included in numerous new vehicle models
launching in the 2020-2022 timeframe. Seeing Machines’ FOVIO driver monitoring platform uses advanced machine
vision technology to precisely measure and analyze head pose, eyelid movements and eye-gaze under a full spectrum of
demanding lighting conditions, including through sunglasses.

Automotive Industries (AI) asked Dr Mike Lenné, Chief Scientific Officer, Human Factors at Seeing Machines, to explain the significance of the European Commission’s recommendations.'

post 12612.
There absolutely nothing wrong with that approach and taking advantage of the natural highs and lows of a growth share on it's journey,I quite often do it myself.

What I do find appalling is your constant insistence of telling posters to believe the share is a poor bet by implication.
It is quite clear you are trying to drive people out of the share and cheat them out of their investment to hurry the process up.
You also label posters by your use of 'scandalous' and so on when they show any loyalty or consistency in their approach.
That's what I object to,a two-faced selfishness.
You have at least in that post presented some honesty, your saving grace perhaps.

'a good medium term bet'? How the hell do you know and what does that even mean? It's either a short term trade or a long term investment. And I know what I'm in it for. You and doonetomany are talking absolute nonsense
