AMS is an Austrian company that make among other things 3D sensors which would likely be used in DMS systems, was just pointing out that they were seeing traction in, in cabin monitoring.

"In addition, we are seeing increasing traction for innovative in-cabin 3D sensing opportunities."

Simon is simonh88 an idiot who trolls this board having done no research.
AMS is actually DMS, you read it wrong. DMS is drver monitoring system. Join the LSE bulletin board and you will learn a lot.

Came across this paragraph from AMS yesterday in their results, the last sentence has relevance here.

Our automotive business also continued to perform well with its broad range of solutions for safety, driver assistance, position, and chassis control. We are encouraged by the early large program win for VCSEL illumination in automotive 3D LIDAR which has increased further in projected life-time program value. This success confirms the key relevance of solid state LIDAR technology for autonomous driving. Our unmatched ability to combine very high power VCSELs and advanced driver circuits into highly differentiated illumination solutions creates significant competitive advantages in this long-term market as market interest continues to grow. In addition, we are seeing increasing traction for innovative in-cabin 3D sensing opportunities.

IMHO this could turn out good. But it is fairly speculative. Worth a punt, and it is like gambling. But as a wise investor once said: spread your money around and have a few punts like this but put most of your money in things that are compounding and making money.

I didn't unlike you stu pid. No doubt you topped up again at this 'bargain' price

Takeover?! now you are embarrassing yourself, this company is going bust

Next stop sub 4p folks, hold on tight and enjoy the ride

This dog of a share is for poor losers

Anyway I'm well up so happy days.
Glad you are out of SEE and wont benefit from the possible takeover.

If it was doing so unbelievably well and is as cash rich as you all claim, then the share price wouldn't be anywhere near this level and you all know that or should do unless you are complete morons

It's at the 4.5p level because, despite all the hype and constant ramping, it still hasn't managed to deliver on its promises and the institutions and other investors don't believe it will do so either.

The city institutions will no doubt have read and reread those Doc's and reports you're all clutching on to dear life for, but it's obvious they're taking them with a huge pinch of salt otherwise they would have piled in. In short they don't believe SEE can deliver on its promises.

A 35% drop in the share price in 5 months shows a complete lack of confidence in SEE

Will SEE survive and if not when will the receivers be called in?

Lol..NT sold out almost 4 years ago when, when SEE was a different company altogether. Desperate to go back that far when so much has happened. In fact, if you look at his investment criteria o wouldn’t be surprised to see it back on his radar by year end of the contracts come in....

Approx 40% of MC covered by cash.....? Quite a strong position to be in...

Stu pid, share price 7.08 in November, now down to 4.5, a 35+% drop in 5 months! Now that's as pathetic as you are

Now it's not dropped so much because it's making huge profits or any profits for that matter. It's dropped because people don't believe it will ever make a profit, despite all the ramping and clueless morons allegedly 'topping up' again.

Come back when this dog actually makes a profit, ' cos it ain't going to happen. This time next year, what chances are there SEE won't exist? very high indeed

Stu pid back again and clueless as ever. At least this time you managed to spell burger correctly!

Please jog my memory misguided fools, what is the share price of this wonderful company? And profits in the last financial year?

It's a Jam tomorrow company, but sadly there will be no jam, just more pathetic excuses and broken promises and more rights issues until the serious investors decide to cut their losses and say no more. Then it will be too late for you all to bail out

The company is losing and churning money at an alarming rate.

Now grow up you morons and come back when the company actually makes a profit, i.e never

I am in profit here & am delighted with company's progress over last 12 months & excited & hopeful about its future progress.

Wrong PI, you clearly know nothing about the NT.

If you did, you would know that he warns against serial rampers on message boards, idiots and losers flogging the dead horse in the vain hope it attracts mugs to stop the collapse in the s.p.

I know enough to know that this company doesn't make a profit and never will do, despite the efforts of the pathetic rampers in trying to talk up the sp, but it's all been a waste of effort.

The big question is not if, but WHEN SEE will go bust.

Yawn, yawn, yawn, the serial losers are out in force. The share price doesn't lie unlike some people.

As for Stu pid, never heard of or visited Burgar King before, is that another loser you've invested in? Only need to read 1 report on this sh1te to realise it's exactly that.

Always jam tomorrow and broken promises with some companies

This dog of a company is going bust and deservedly so. Thankfully I chucked the towel in a while back. I do hope it goes bust soon

If you think this company is going to pull off a miracle and survive the year, why don't you put your money where your mouths are and top up (again)? You're too damned scared that's why! The Naked Trader is rarely wrong

Goodnight losers

GM Award...

GM was awarded for its partnership with TK Holdings Inc. to develop a driver state system for the Cadillac CT6 that determines whether a driver is drowsy or distracted.

Seeing Machines is incredibly thrilled to share in GM's award with Takata, our GM program tier-one partner.

Selected from 33 finalists, 2018's two Innovation Partnership awards went to Audi AG and General Motors for technology advances achieved by working with suppliers.

The Pace Innovation award recognises Seeing Machines and Takata's role in the development and supply of the driver state monitoring technology launched by GM in the Cadillac CT6 - the world's first level two, hands-off-wheel, semi-autonomous car to use an intelligent, camera-based, monitoring system to ensure that the driver is paying sufficient attention to the road and is available to take control of the vehicle at short notice when required.
