Agreed - why not put a few nuggets in there - contract with Chevron Subsidiary, 6 mth revenue greater than last full year, Fleet customers up by 50%+ in six months...

These might grab the attention of many casual readers....

Understated RNS from a under-rated company, if the company want to be sold in its entirety and good place to start would be in self promotion.

Interview: "We’re very cautious about the conversations we do have and, if we were to contemplate selling the company, we would have to find somebody who valued the entire organisation to obtain the full value for it.” Reading between the lines, maybe the last CEO went because he was up for a partial sell-off? Don't know what that would look like though!

Looks like a great update, imagine having them on all Londn Buses. they do get a lot of distraction!

Great rns. Trading on track and has delivered more revenue in H1 than the whole of last year!

Put another way, the revenue for the half year (A$14m) is more than for the full previous business year as announced on 11th September 2017

Poombear perhaps its the writer of the article who is hoping there will be a bid.
I hadnt realised the competition was so great in automotive so a cheaper ok product exists. That explains a lot.

No I could only buy 36k. Wouldn't even allow me to buy 12k after that. Fleet update this week also.

Buy-in at the lows once everything's finished tanking in a week or so.

Macaulife made a great decision to do such an aggressive fund raise - SM can ignore the share price & concentrate on business delivery.

Good point PB... I think you're correct... so he was effectively treading water & redundant for some time... probably an amicable agreement in the end... and he's got over 4m in Shares for this time with SEE too !

As I understand it he was originally brought in to spin off Fovio. As that didn't happen it could be the case that the role didn't match his skills anymore. Especially as you say after the fundraise had completed.

Getting investors to stump up 30 mil might have been conditional on Mike leaving being so soon after the fund raise

Yeah decided to buy some back today, only half of my original stake, but as they had more than doubled in price when I sold I suppose they are running literally free.

Well after viewing the Fincapp comment I have decided to reverse my position and re-buy the sold shares @ 5.8 and 5.9 today. Thanks to Lewbo18 on LSE for posting.

"We understand that Mike had few connections with customers and the
executive continues to run the operations as usual." To me hints that Mike was releived of his position rather than any underlying performance with the company.

"The business is well capitalised; the outlook bright and we look forward to announcements on Aviation, Fleet and continued progress on the Automotive front." hints that news is on the way as I anticipated in December, perhaps not to the same ground-breaking extent that I originally thought.

With seeing machines tech embedded in self-driving Vehicles, the look of panic on a front Passengers face would be picked up and some sort of intervention event would be triggered, e.g. autonomous braking, AI intervention, automatic switch-over to Driver control... in theory, pending logical design & development of course... maybe

Hey simonh88 it's clear you've done no research on this company. Why dont you share some research you've done or is that the problem? Sell up and move on. Come back in a few months and we will talk again.lets see who is smiling then..
