Q3 FY2024 KPI highlights:
- Cars on road increased to 1,830,207 units, representing an increase of 109% from 12 months ago (Q3 FY2023: 874,851)
- Quarterly production of 313,662 units up 51% from the previous quarter, including contribution from world's first interior cabin monitoring solution, which started production in March 2024

Hiccups? Hiccoughs? Whatever. What has anything you have to say about DMS? With all due respect I think you are talking ADAS. It is not the ‘snowflakeR17; or ‘bramble’; causing problems with DMS - it iis causing problems with ADAS. If anything, the things you are clearly anxious about are mitigated by good DMS. DMS is required to counteract the poor decisions that ADAS make. Making sure the driver is aware to takeover is key. This is why, however good ADAS becomes, DMS will always be required.
Please research and understand the technology that is clearly going to be required (by law) in cars, trucks and buses to come. |
With new regulations and the hiccups that are happening with drivers monitoring system when driving your car is an increasing problem. I have a top of the range VW ID3 which likes to stick its breaks on if it sees a snowflake or a butterfly or even a bramble flapping from the edge. The emergency stop the car does can be quite off putting . If a person allows you to cross the road by flashing its lights the car just won't move. In the end it's better off not using the system. It's also not able to do cruise control on a motorway with ease. If a person comes in front of you the brakes pull you back to where it thinks is a safe space. The sudden breaking can off-put people behind. And putting cruise control with minor roads can be just as bad as it doesn't set the speed it keeps changing it to what the road will allow . For one minute you're driving at 30 the next 60 or even 70. You can't even use the prompt words as the car wants to recognize you talking to a person and but in every few minutes. It's a shame as the technology could be good if tweaked. I have tried taking my hands off the steering wheel which it should say please put your hands back on but it actually ignores that. So the system isn't working perfectly yet which the regulators might pick up on. |

If correct Nvhitd the price would have to be above what some shareholders would agree to for instance -
Lombard Odier Asset Management holds 15.8% Federated Hermes, Inc. holds 9.01
All the 2 above purchase a few more shares to stop any Buyout because of the 25% rule between them.
Now if they agreed on any buyout it would have to be above what they bought.
Also, the CEO's Vested position probably would not be met as they were rolled over. Maybe that why he bought more on the open market.

Careful what you wish for. Now Paul has trashed the share price he sees fit to start buying. The more shares he owns at this level will only incentivise him to sell the company on the cheap. He'll have made a nice return if it ever gets back to 12p plus. Why wasn't he buying at 12p when he was telling investors 2 years ago about the inflection point, hundreds of thousands of PO'S for fleet and a 330 aircraft order about to drop?
He's simply preparing to sell up and get out ASAP. |
