I imagine, but I could be wrong, that it indicates how long these collaborations may be in place and be refined, before they can complete an official overall agreement and announcement. |
the Magna press release is dated Feb 2022, but the announcement of the SEE deal with Magna only came in October 2022.
Not sure hwat to make of that. |
