"We are focused on positioning ourselves as the go to investment vehicle for investors looking to gain exposure to the region's highly attractive commercial property markets. At the same time, we aim to close the disconnect that has opened up between the net asset value of our Company and our share price."

A very illiquid share like this can have a totally wrong share price.

SPDI CEO Lambros Anagnostopoulos commented, "This transaction is in line with our strategy to optimise the value of our prime real estate properties across South Eastern Europe, either through the timely commercialization (including potential disposal) of assets, when opportunities to generate value for our shareholders are presented to us, or through maximising the cash generation through active rent roll management. Our aim is not only to expose our shareholders to the European yield compression play and the significant capital appreciation on offer, but also to generate substantial cash from managing our portfolio of income producing assets. On completion of the sale we expect to receive a material cash injection into the Company, which will assist us in this growth plan.

The Company is seeking to provide an annual cash dividend to its shareholders in the mid-term

mid term. That's not very encouraging if its supposedly a high yield portfolio

I can't see anything wrong so I bought 10,000 @ 12.5p.
I tried to buy 20,000 but was instructed to go to the dealer. That might tell us the price is dropping due to illiquidity. I don't think a lot of shares are being sold. I could be wrong.

At the AGM, the Chairman states the share price stands at a significant discount to net assets. He does not state what diluted NTAV per share is.
Shame.

Supposedly the west facing Ukraine gov. is making reforms which will help business esp. property.
The Russians seem to be busy on another front.
Not sure if they have enough realised profits for a divi.

Video interview with CEO Anagnostopoulos

Lambros Anagnostopoulos, chief executive of Secure Property Development & Investment (LON:SPDI), has hinted at the company’s first dividend payment to shareholders may not be far away.

The South-eastern Europe-focused real estate investment firm made underlying earnings (EBITDA) of €1.5mln in the first half of this year and is keen to start rewarding loyal holders of its stock.

Assets under management broke through the €100mln barrier to end the reporting period at €126mln as it made five property acquisitions between January and June.

Maybe they don't bother with change of shareholding notices.

SPDI has found a notice for another 5.5m 10p warrants to be exercised.
Spooky. Wonder where they found that.
We don't know if they have actually paid up yet.
The blended price is now 47p.

Maybe it is due to the Greek Capital Controls.
When they pay up, we may get an updated shareholding.

Only 50% of the 10p warrant holders exercised.
If you have a warrant to buy @ 10p; the share price is circa 30p.
Why would you let the warrant lapse?

We deduce that BlueBox is not a related party transaction.

The % of shares not in public hands =70.
When the 10p warrants are exercised >80.
