The spread is so wide that a buyer will lose immediately 20-25%. Whys would anyone buy it unless he sees a much larger increase in the share price?
Anyway, the CLNs were issued at such a low price because the then share price was also relatively low at the time. The CLN holders must have had taken a very handsome profit partially, recouping more than its entire original investment.
Regarding the business of its investee company, there is now an easier way for competitors to enter the market. Any clever AI engineers could simply download Deepseek for free, and modify it to suit their own applications. |
