I know now one loves someone pitching another stock HOWEVER this stock TXP WILL 100% be a 3-7x in just a matter of weeks the have just acquired another 2,000bpd that's included from January the 1st spent millions on infrastructure which is now all done and producing about 6,200 (+2,000 extra per day) from next week was £150mln mkt cap now £50 and with all the works completed and the recent acquisition this will be a huge stock for early jan as we're also about to spud another production 2 wells. Anyway cheers for reading at the end of the day using these boards to help others make money is what they're meant for. Gl all

I'd say they couldn't get the votes on the 31st, hence will delay until some larger holders can turn out.

Either way, they underestimated the feeling of PIs here.

You would think that anyone that was going to vote and couldn't attend the meeting would have done so...

My guess is there is someone with X% whos ill or had a flight cancelled that previously said they'd attend and now they're being forced to postpone until they can turn up, as they know they need the vote - its that tight.

The poster who hasnt posted here before is trying to imply that the deal will go through with all ii's agreeing to the delisting. Im not convinced thats the case. I think if pi's manage to get 10m votes they will stop this madness. Directors wouldnt be having a GM at new years eve if they really cared about pi's. Directors need to resign.

What benefit is there from delisting? If aleph really cared about sdx they wouldnt be charging 20% interest. Pi's should demand they find another way to find funds to drill. It shouldnt be that hard. Reject the deal i say..

I agree this would be optimal. You think that this hasn't been explored by aleph et al already? I do think this would have been ideal but sadly we are past that ship. I discussed the full operational schedule with Aleph as part of a chat over the terms of taking part in the Convert and that was an option but sadly I believe we face our only choice now. It's not great but alas. They can fundraise much easier if delisted too. I think that's a big consideration. to stop the delist, offer them half a million quid and I think they would listen....

They have the pipeline and if its a large resource like they claim they can hook it up to pipeline cheaply. Even if they produce 5mmcfd its good money long term. I dont buy the fud by board. Investors should demand SD being sold and then go for the big target. Drilling is dirt cheap in morocco.
