16/12/2024 12:50 | There is no money for shareholders regardless of if its delisted or not. They need more cash and as littlened states above a farm in would be one of the options. Neo and winnet just how many shares have you got? Are you a very small minority making a disproportionate amount of noise and spreading falsehoods? | exbroker
16/12/2024 12:04 | You know Neo, i didn't used to agree with you on this... I am swinging round to the idea the only way to recover anything is now break the business up and sell it off. You were perhaps correct all along. Either way, we have to vote no and lobby enough of the shareholder base to realize this aspiration. Gould et al - out. | winnet
16/12/2024 10:12 | Have you looked at the receivables due.Why did they continue to drill in morocco? Where has WG money gone?Delist the money is gone, upto pi's. | neo26
16/12/2024 10:10 | neo26 Have you looked at how much they owe not just to Aelph but to trade creditors? There is nothing for shareholders without a farm in agreement even a sale of the cash cow SD wells would not be enough. If it’s that easy why is the price not 2p and how many have you bought since it got to these levels? | exbroker
16/12/2024 08:12 | If this is delisted you have lost your money, forced the board to sell assets and return cash to shareholders.I know char may need pipeline sometimes in few years, offer them the pipeline. Also offer SD to cover aleph debt.Get 2p a share and over.. | neo26
15/12/2024 11:52 | littlered That would be a much more likely way to preserve and eventually increase shareholder value. As stated, before I will be voting to delist. | exbroker
15/12/2024 02:53 | They cannot dilute due to takeover rules. They have personally assured me that this won’t happen as it would not help the company. They are looking for partners to fund drilling in Morocco as farm in,and probably for solar gas pipe too.Cash raising via dilution could not do this | littlened
14/12/2024 12:14 | the Company will no longer be subject to the AIM Rules and, accordingly, Shareholders will no longer be afforded the protections given by the AIM Rules. In particular, the Company will not be bound to: • make any public announcements of material events, or to announce interim or final results; • comply with any of the corporate governance practices applicable to AIM companies; • announce substantial transactions and related party transactions; or • comply with the requirement to obtain shareholder approval for reverse takeovers and fundamental changes in the Company's business; --- Says it all. They'll raise, and dilute existing holders without protection. Mark my words! | winnet
13/12/2024 16:41 | From winnet "Roman, investment is sorted for at least the next year, stop worrying your little socks off about it in almost every post." You have no way of proving this highly inaccurate and misleading statement. | exbroker
13/12/2024 15:47 | Reducing AIM regulatory bill by over £400kpa would be hugely welcome normally but seems to have caused a 65% drop in share price .Madness really | littlened
13/12/2024 15:23 | Roman, investment is sorted for at least the next year, stop worrying your little socks off about it in almost every post. This business has an income and has cut CAP and OP EX. They've narrowed the loss-making window and you never know [and you don't because SD was not included in the accounts] they may even make some money next year. | winnet
13/12/2024 12:50 | Quick reality check: if they do find investment, and thats a massive 'if', the new investors are highly likely to kick out the current management. The CEO has never worked in energy, proven he has no idea how the industry works, and its pointless keeping him around. So the landscape will highly likely look very different. Secondly, private E&P companies are everywhere in Africa, all looking for financing. You either go cap in hand to a development bank, or market yourself to the very small pool of PE investors (this is hydrocarbons - 99% of investing community aren't allowed to invest in it). And PE will come in with their own management, buy for rock-bottom, and couldn't care less who they hurt. And they wont be based in the UK. I will get criticised for posting this, but its how it works | roman2325
13/12/2024 12:09 | No they cant,The takeover code lasts until 2027 and there is quite a diverse shareholder list which would not allow any other group try anything malign. They all want SDX to succeed and being private increase the chances.82 of 100 largest companies in the world are private so the model works. Being private wont stop you, or any shareholder going to BOD and asking questions.I have been assured of this and trust them | littlened
13/12/2024 10:50 | Noise? I beg your pardon. You only rocked up a few weeks ago. I have been a shareholder for many years. In the bin you go. Bye! | winnet
13/12/2024 10:37 | winnet I dont need to be a broker to know that the choice is stark delist and have something or stay on the market long enough to go bust which could be very quick. The code covers the company until Feb 2027 by which time its bust or in better shape. You make a lot of noise on here but how many millions of shares do you own? | exbroker
13/12/2024 10:18 | Takeover code lasts until 2027 ,no take over by Aleph ! | littlened
13/12/2024 09:56 | Yes they are ,over £400k pa ! | littlened
13/12/2024 09:51 | As an exbroker, exbroker, you will know that there are safeguards on AIM - binding votes on takeovers, votes on dilution, and so forth. I shouldn't need to explain to you the dangers of delisting. And Ned, the cost saving for being listed are not huge. There is a cost, but every other O&G business on AIM somehow manages to bear the cost of listing. This is attempt by Aelph and co and take more of the asset and remove PI voice. Don't vote for it folks. | winnet
13/12/2024 09:43 | If it remains public they default and you're wiped out. But if they go private - who do you sell to Ned? Who buys your stake when you want to exit? | roman2325
13/12/2024 09:01 | The cost savings going private are huge for such a small company and for me its a no brainer. Those asking to sell the assets, well they can do this as a private company too and incur much less costs .Transaction costs are also much less as private so Im voting in favour | littlened
13/12/2024 08:54 | winnet Put me in the THEY camp as the choice is stark, delist and raise more cash or go bust. SD would not cover the outstanding liabilities even if you could sell it for anywhere near 6,6 million. | exbroker
12/12/2024 22:34 | Vote this crazy idea down | tnt99 |
