What are your thoughts on that Winnet? Are these just out of favour, or terminally undervalued?

Well Roman is right about one thing, there is a seller consistent and large enough to be holding this back... That said, the bigger picture are that there are no buyers. Whose fault is that? I mean AIM O&G has been out of favour for years and to be honest we have to ask, will liquidity ever return?

Roman go and read them again, only one of them is sold and he has separated his holdings. Across the atlantic its tax loss selling season.

Winnet they are selling what the market can absorb. They don't want to sink it to zero, but they are selling what they can get away with around here.

I would expect 'their dealer' to advise them to hold off selling until the Egypt news is released, allowing them to hopefully sell in size, and higher up. But they aren't doing that

The only caveat Roman, is the scale of the disposals is fairly small. Aleph isn't selling down FWIW.

Guidance has been way off now... so something is definitely not working out...

The last 3 RNS's have been big shareholders selling. Right before the 'good news'. If you're running a company like this the only people you give a sh*t about are yourself, and your main shareholders. So they know more than I do and still have decided to sell. We keep seeing buyers nibbling yet the share price continues to go lower.

I would expect (in brackets 'hope') that when good news is imminent the seller(s) get out of the way and choose to sell a bit higher, therefore making more money. But they have decided they just want to get out (this is not tax loss harvesting Neo).

I have not been in this for years therefore do not see everything with rose tints - I just look at the facts. Whoever has the CFO on speed dial can they find out what the hell is still holding this up please

Who are the big seller, i only see one Nikolaos Monoyios who sold shares on 1st dec. Remember across the atlantic is tax loss selling month.Egyptian asset will be divested but we dont know the exact date. The positive is we will now get multiple newsflow close together.

I don’t see any big sales at all Roman ,at least not in value terms.I am sure there is no leak about the sale.If so the dealing would be huge.

What disappoints me so far is the number of big sellers - those closest to the board are selling. Either they don't read Neo's posts and realise how cheap it is, or they know something I don't. If one sells then so be it, if they're all selling then its not a coincidence.

We are waiting, anyone will be crazy selling now. Depressed at low price.Polx was depressed at under 5p recently , glad that is recovering. Im very sure it will happen here. Just waiting game for the disposal and then the drilling begins.Getting in under 4p is a steal.

I assume they will. I was a buyer at 70p over at JSE so i hope you are right.

Funnily enough, given a good ride in H1 24 this could do a little more than double. It's about a pathway to profit here, not revenue, the market doesn't like economies of scale in Moroocco so let's hope they can make something out of the 12-well campaign... add in some M&A non-equity deals involving renewables and we're up and running. Its a gamble and the lads running this show are not oil guys so let's just hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Once akatara online it will double. I believe first production end of h1 2024.They are going to start drilling wells in akatara will they lets mkt know the outcome of each well?

Neo - Yes. It's my largest holding in fact. I recycled some into this. Both are strong medium-term positions for me.

I do hope its completed this month, as it was "expected" to be completed by year-end surely would have been conservative. You wouldn't set yourself up like that unless you were an inexperienced noob? Right?
