I don't really need the leverage - my portfolio is big enough for me to do well with physical trading - I am happy to sit on my holding when the markets go a bit funny (I would hate to lose my holding because of margin calls) - but I do understand why people use SBs. GLA

I think we have had a 0.5p headline spread at some point.
The headline spread is very rarely the real market spread. Not sure why to be honest. I will have a chat with a friend of mine who works for one of the Market Makers as this has been puzzling me for while!

i reckon this is worth more than 61p based on recent discoveries that appear to be able to be connected to the facilities in a relatively short time frame
cashflow should be a lot higher by the year end

Thanks - looking at the chart technically the GC is still intact I believe, although stand to be corrected. The 50 needs to break down through the 200 - as I understand GC's - for it to fail/reverse.

Personally I'm open to all theories and methods - all adds to the basket of research that informs opinion. And GC's do seem to work more times than not IMV.

Disappointing day and week however we should remember where we were a little over a month ago. Presents a good opportunity to top up imo.
