In Morocco, PW looking at 8-10 mmscf/d by the end of 2018, 16 by the end of 2019 and 24 by the end of 2020.

He confirms that the LMS result means more drills in Nord and deeper than the ones in Sebou.

Sell the news? The biggest drill in Egypt commenced today. LMS-1 in Morocco is fantastic news and confirms a new play, but it isn't THE news, that will come in the next few weeks!

Yes it's definitely a £1 stock but it gapped-up yesterday in Canada and gapped-up here this morning. In order to close the gap on the chart it'll have to revisit 65.8p I think. It'll be a frustrating few days I feel. But everything is going in the right direction here. Just hold on to your shares!

Another point is that with the price of Brent now over $76 this helps not only in Egypt but also in Morocco.
The 10 year contract with the new Peugot factory is linked to the price of Brent and at the time of the Ukinvestor show was worth $12.70 to Sdx.

Hard to see how SDX could have been very optimistic about LM North. Aware that Circle drilled 3 wells up there, with two (NFA-1 & ANS-2) having gas shows but poor reservoir & the third (LAM-1) only testing a combined 3mmscfd from 2 zones tested.

I suspect we'll be hearing a lot more about LM North in the future.....

So between the comments by tgg and tlk is the takeaway that the 13 wells that tlk referred to earlier did not include any that may be needed for Lalla Mimouna?

Tgg, you could well be correct, I think that LM has been well above expectations so it would make sense to carry out additional seismic there and add a few more wells to the next programme.

lagerkhan - sort of! They are shooting seismic shortly over the Gharb Centre area & logically have plans to drill there if the seismic justifies it. However, it's my understanding that the company weren't too confident/were a bit unsure about Lalla Mouna north.

I'd wager that since the LNB-1 well & more so following today's news, they'll be quite busy on the LMN seismic!!

No guidance with today's announcement re potential resource, unlike LNB-1; no point guessing without a steer on areal extent. Much shallower reservoir at LMS-1 (TD was only 1158m), so cheap & cheerful.
