Still don't get Meseda... the Rabul wells are up & running, but SDX's net from Meseda has barely moved from last Summer. Was more interested in Morocco & South Disouq this morning!

FWIW, minor error on the AGM pres, on page 32, conclusions; the infill wells on Meseda haven't been drilled yet.

Q1 Results continue relentless growth including high margins from Moroccan deliveries of gas.
Astonishing increase in the Operating Cash Flow

Revenue for Q1..................up from $8.1 to $11.0m (+36%/.pa)
Netback .............................up from $6.1 to $9.0m (+47/pa%)
EBIDTAX.........................up from $1.6m to $7.4m (+462%/pa)
net operating cash flow up from.. $3.1m to $11.0m (+355%/pa)

final cash position up from $21,1m to $29.3m (+39%).

No flicker of a response from the market. Incomprehensible. Don't investors recognise something good even when it's staring them in the face?

My broker doesn't. Even after nagging him five times he has never bothered to read about the company.

As at March 31, 2018, we are well funded for our numerous work commitments this year with US$29.3 million of cash, no debt and we remain on track to double our production by the end of 2018."

Paul Welch, President & CEO of SDX Energy, commented:

"The first quarter of 2018 was a busy period for SDX and one which saw the Company significantly increase its net revenue and overall production year on year.

We also made important operational progress across our portfolio. In Egypt, at Meseda, we enjoyed success at our Rabul-5 and Rabul-4 (post-period end) appraisal wells, which combined, are currently producing approximately 2,500 BBL/D. We also announced a discovery at our Ibn Yunus-1X well on South Disouq in April, where production start-up is anticipated to occur late 2018. At North West Gemsa, where we have commenced a seven well workover program, a delay in the drilling of two infill wells led to production being temporarily below previous guidance. However, I am pleased to report that, based on the workover results so far in the 2(nd) quarter and the expected results of the drilling, we are on track to stabilise production, at a gross rate of c.4,400 BOE/D for the remainder of H2 2018.

In Morocco, we announced seven gas discoveries from our nine well drilling programme, a 78% success rate throughout the campaign. The last two exploration wells, one of which reached total depth post-period end, were very significant successes and have opened up new producing areas for the Company. We also successfully tested the ONZ-7 and SAH-2 wells achieving some of the highest flow rates seen in the basin and these wells have now been tied into the existing infrastructure as producers.

Throughout the period, we remained focused on strict capital discipline and continued to monitor opportunities that would enable us to increase our asset base in North Africa. As at March 31, 2018, we are well funded for our numerous work commitments this year with US$29.3 million of cash, no debt and we remain on track to double our production by the end of 2018."

Why waste money on a dividend when you could spend it on shooting seismic.

Gas price still under negotation. No mention of that 5th (contingent) well in SD. Nice table summarising all the recent wells drilled in Morocco.

HAF - I'm more interested in what the LM North seismic they've got is telling them. Shooting seismic onshore is a slow & costly business - plus, of course, they could also do with shooting another 900 sq km of seismic at South Disouq ...& they are about due to kick off a seismic shoot at Gharb Centre

Picking up on the point about the LM seismic. One of their slides shows a blue box for which they have 3d seismic.

But their exploration licence for LM extends about another 20Km further north. So might it be worth asking if they have any plans for further 3d seismic in that region?

Overall what I'd prefer is that where they have those cog-wheely things on their maps, they at least identify by name the more important wells.

Also, I'm having to annotate their maps with figures for drill results, so having those included would be good too. And earl grey tea with small croissants before the AGM.

They're pretty good at updating the presentation on the website. It would be interesting to hear, following the apparent success at Lalla Mimouna Nord, how many other prospects, on the existing seismic, warrant drilling in the next campaign.

I would expect a new presentation to be posted onto the website before the conference call as a vehicle to facilitate structured discussion. Otherwise it will be a free for all.

I'm enrolled but to be honest I do not yet have a list of questions. What I'm after is a down-to-earth exposition of the company's plans. Previously I've found management to be a bit too fuzzy, a bit loose-lipped and a bit over-optimistic - certainly about the speed of progress. What I'd like is a much better exposition of prospective and actual resources/reserves and a clear road map for exploiting them.
