06/10/2017 20:18 | Just hit 92c in Canada, hope it holds there until the close. It will give a nice pop for us on Monday morning. | basem1
06/10/2017 16:42 | The Moroccan wells are very shallow, by now they should have reached TD, PW has said in the past it should only take 10 days to reach td... | neo26
06/10/2017 15:22 | hiddendepths sorry for off topic but you got any thoughts on ECO or UPL. Thino I remember you being in COVE so UPL may interest you. | soulsauce
06/10/2017 14:56 | I guess it's a compliment, soul, albeit a backhanded one! As Transactional Analysis would say, it's a "stroke" of recognition. | hiddendepths
06/10/2017 12:19 | tgg probably not SDX related. I have a muppet troll that marks my posts down as well as some others who post on AAU thread lol. | soulsauce
06/10/2017 12:14 | "This was our final commitment well in the West Gharib concession and we are encouraged by the result, which reaffirms our view of the area's significant development potential. .......The ultimate potential in this new Bakr structure is currently under review and will be better understood once the well is completed and tested."Hope this Bakr structure is huge... | neo26
06/10/2017 12:08 | Current mkt cap of around 100m just looks cheap with what's happening with ALL of sdx assets.Time will tell... | neo26
06/10/2017 12:06 | Tgg50% goes to the state, the remaining is shared between us and partner.I can see it flow around 2000bopd, let's wait for results.Hiddendepts is correct finding this new horizon more development wells can be put into production quickly and cheaply.. 100ft of net pay is excellent... | neo26
06/10/2017 11:44 | hiddendepths.... certainly not a prediction, I'll wait for testing results & the company's thoughts on Rabul, but were Rabul-2 to produce 2,000bopd, they're in for half of that @ c$18/bbl net.... that's $6 mill pa through to the bottom line. As you say, if it's a decent sized find, scope to put a few more wells down quite quickly | thegreatgeraldo
06/10/2017 11:40 | Was this one of the assets 'obtained' from Circle? | ifthecapfits
06/10/2017 11:39 | No-one seems to have pointed out that this Rabul success might be the tip of an iceberg. It's possibly a new play with very rapid cashflow from quite a few new wells that they could drill nearby. I like cashflow. | hiddendepths
06/10/2017 11:30 | Soul, Some muppet doesn't agree, I note your post has been marked down. I suggest the muppet in question has a quick peek at the last few company presentations ;-#))) | thegreatgeraldo
06/10/2017 11:07 | Me personally , they should concentrate on the current assets, SD block is massive, sdx should try to maximise the full potential of this block. We have over 70% to explore yet..Expecting sdx to find gas from current well being drilled in Morocco, might be small quantity but the margins are excellent. | neo26
06/10/2017 11:02 | There's probably a deal or two lurking in the background... | thegreatgeraldo
06/10/2017 11:02 | In the not too distant future we should be throwing off cash. Even a modest regular Divi would put us on more peeps radars. Need to decide I guess if we are predominantly an explorer or producer. | ifthecapfits
06/10/2017 10:59 | Yes what are we going to do with all that extra cash flow :-) | soulsauce
06/10/2017 10:52 | Well we are all surprised, all our attention was on the Moroccan drilling campaign, in the results rns they did say that they will drill 2 development wells and 2 exploration wells in meseda. The first well with net pay of 14ft, only pumped 500bopd , our share of that would only be 125 bopd. I don't think they would have raved about that, the current find will be highly material, this may double our production at meseda net, currently around 635bopd... | neo26
06/10/2017 10:41 | gr, That's interesting about SD oil, but as per the latest presentation, it seems to have slipped down the agenda. Maybe the yanks wanted to focus on getting some gas (& cash) out of the ground.... | thegreatgeraldo
06/10/2017 09:31 | gloucester rugby thanks. | soulsauce
06/10/2017 08:41 | This Rabul oil discovery has coincided rather nicely with an uptick in the price of oil. Very nice timing and maximisation of profits hopefully. There's just so much going on here. Rabul which was unexpected, South Disoq which might have a large gas resource under it along with the potential for oil and there's also the high margin Moroccan gas. So many value enhancers. | shakeypremis
06/10/2017 08:32 | Gloucester rugby, Thanks for the post event feedback. Cash | cashandcard
06/10/2017 08:28 | Had the pleasure of meeting Malcy on the Sailing with Sound event last night. Took the opportunity to ask a few questions regarding his view of SDX. Bullish would be an understatement. His favourite along with VOG on bucket list. Really feels confident after lunch with PW last week that there is oil under SD. Thinks SD could be company maker with Gas alone, but oil! | gloucester rugby
05/10/2017 17:12 | Nice to clear out a goodly chunk of the loose 43p placees. Means that subsequent moves will have a better chance of sticking. This find makes me think there's a bit more substance to this company than I had thought. Should limit the downside from here - but the upside has just nudged higher! | hiddendepths |
