13/3/2011 19:15 | So, what's your solution you gloating, self perpetuating, egotist? | hal5
13/3/2011 18:42 | levelhead - 13 Mar'11 - 17:39 - 5205 of 5206 .....I HAVE WOKEN UP, I DISTRUST EVERYTHING THEY SAY AND I WANT TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A CHANCE TO RUN THE BUSINESS BE IT WIDGETS OR SKATE BOARDS....... 13/3/2011 18:00 | level Good post.......I don;t think the shares will rise strongly with Plan A though. To be honest I will be much better off if they go bust, at least then I can claim 40% of the invested amount against my income tax as the shares I purchased will be of negligible value | paulbate
12/3/2011 20:18 | Scotty Tsqusred if you are so clever what is the next chapter........ | moving up

12/3/2011 10:14 | Has anyone tried to ring Scotty Group In Austra recently ?. For the past four weeks ,I have and this is the response one receives. " All our lines are busy. Please wait or leave a message. All our lines are busy. Please wait or leave a message. All our lines are busy. Please wait or leave a message. Sorry we have been unable to connect you. Goodbye". Now they are either inandated with business OR cannot afford for someone to man the switchboard. The message above, does not change at whatever time of the working day,you try to call the company. FOR THE ATTENTION OF KURT K as I know you read the BB's EVERY NIGHT !. | share_shark
12/3/2011 10:01 | Yes, whatever there is, you cannot rule out 'spin' with the current board. That is why I believe things should stay as close to 'as is' as possible. They haven't had to raise money last year, or this year so far, when they have had the wherewithal to do so, they haven't issued a profits warning, they must be a 'going concern' as we haven't heard otherwise. Plan A has been promoted, Plan B has been presented in less than a 'positive light', primarily I believe, because it doesn't suit Kurt, and 'stay as is' was given a brief sentence at the end. I think they should reduce the board and the company. Too many and overweight, regardless of who owns it. What does BS do exactly? Is he a friend of one of the other directors? IMHO | minerve
12/3/2011 09:17 | There's just one thing that worries me about plan A and that is, supposing there are significant orders that are deliberately being suppressed or held back until after the 'fait accompli' sale of the business and then hey ho the company which they pick up for peanuts, all of a sudden, announces a full order book and raises all the cash it needs on the basis of these orders. Am I being unduly 'Machiavellian'? I would like to know if there are any potential orders being discussed and how likely there is to be a contract in the near term. Any whistle blowers out there? It occurs to me that if say, two or three orders were to be announced next week (for argument's sake), the present share price could at least treble. | hal5

11/3/2011 13:40 | Interesting posts, ST. I'm intrigued by your knowing 'Ernst', if only by past association. Can you tell us about him? Like Minerve, pending more information I'm tempted towards the refinancing option - for the amounts now involved, keeping the wheel spinning as it were. Thanks in advance. | ladybird1
11/3/2011 13:19 | Now this is interesting. "On December 20th 2010, the General Partners of Carbo Tech Composites GmbH and the Mubea Group finalised a contract transferring EOS Invest AG's majority shareholding in the Carbo Tech Group to Mubea. The acquisition will be completed at the beginning of 2011 ...." | scotty tsquared
