|All gone quite re cash offer for us poor mortal share holders, sensible replies only please !!!!!|
|Certainly they seem all over the place, movingup!|
|Is it the death certificate? LOL|
|I received a positive reply today from the company, moving up you have a PM.|
|Dear ladybird1, Scotty re Valuation taking longer than one would have thought, would you not agree????|
|Please see the update today on the Scotty website that a voluntary offer will likely be made by the major shareholder for the rest of the equity. An 'External Auditor' has been appointed by the Board to prepare a market valuation report.
Scotty provided a valuation as part of their recent 'Business Report and Trading Update' to shareholders, as follows:-
As part of preparing the financial statements of 2015, the company Austin, BFP was
commissioned to write a company valuation certificate for SCOTTY Group Austria
GmbH. As a basis for this assessment, a detailed business plan for the years 2016-
2018 was created and reviewed for credibility. In order to determine the value of the
company the figures starting from 2018 were used in "perpetuity".
The appraisal certificate provides for an updated value of the SCOTTY Group Austria
GmbH at 3,936.000 Euros (previously 2,500,000 Euros). Income from the re-valuation
of financial assets in the amount of 1,432 thousand Euros are thus included in the net
results of 2015.'
For shareholders, this would appear to provide a solid basis for comparison with the assumptions to be made by the external auditors and their valuation or range of valuations.|
|Does the moron not post here anymore?|
|Right thing for the company to do anyway regardless of whether they meet some new European Directive or not.|
|Maybe they've applied to join the fifth tier of the Bhutan Stock Market?|
|just seen on scottys web site that they are to de list from third market!!
any thoughts on this dear ladybird1
regards Moving up|
|Thanks for the post ladybird1, you never know, they just might relist back ON the AIM Market!!!!|
|Just in case anybody's still receiving Scotty comments, the 2015 Accounts are now available on the website. A good 4 months earlier than last year - when presumably the delays in signing the important German Forces contract made them delay as long as possible. This year they have also published a 'Business Report & Trading Statement' in English, an excellent innovation.
Having got the German contract signed, they seem now to have the wind behind them for a couple of years at least.|
|Thanks for that post ladybird1
regards Moving up|
|I entirely appreciate Minerve's emminently sensible point of view (ie. why hang around forever?). That said, the below perhaps for Auld Lang Syne at least - announcement of a further new order and I mention in passing that the delayed German orders referred to in the last set of Accounts were duly confirmed.
Whether the above link works or not I have no idea, but if I could find it then anybody can.|
|Long gone of course.|
|MOVE ON!!! LOFL, YOU KEEP POSTING ON THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|

|SCOTTY Announces Greatly Improved Beyond Line-of-Sight Surveillance Video QualitySCOTTY Group Austria, which specialises in solutions for transmitting airborne HD video surveillance via satellite, has now developed a new technology that further increases the quality of SCOTTY's live video feed.
This increase in surveillance video quality, which requires no hardware modifications to the existing SCOTTY systems, is done by bundling satellite channels to increase bandwidth and thus making SCOTTY's transmissions even more fluid and stable.
This further improvement in quality makes it increasingly easier for officials at home to make quick and intelligent decisions in crisis situations.
For more information on SCOTTY's beyond line-of-sight airborne video surveillance offering, and on how SCOTTY's technology can greatly improve the quality of the live video feed, please visit the company website or contact info@scot|
