Looks like some sort of staff poaching case they just lost the appeal on - not reallty sure of the detais but the downside would appar to be they are currently paying @20 people that they cant bill out - so thats a lot of cash going out of the door every month......

So looks like 1.55 was the bottom

I have been doing some research to see if it is actually worth a punt if the bottom is now priced.

The current court case looks a worry.

traders coming in - easy money - obviously on this basis expecting every rise to be sold into
still needs decent PR and also be good to see some director buying at this level

Nothing's changed.
Cyber security is a great market to be in & SWG have some great technical assets.
Being poorly configured to address the opportunities in the best possible way is something the Company needs to address & that is currently a work in progress.
Significant profits to be had by investors buying in at this level either simply to trade or hold for the long term... or a mix of both.

Be greedy when there is blood in the streets and reserved when everybody else is being greedy.

On that note, after being a long time watcher of this stock. I’ve decided to buy in.

Although I have my concerns about how they will compete with the likes of Microsoft in integrated security solutions. This price and the accelerating market the stock is in should mean there is plenty of providers to share the pie, hopefully shearwater can sustain a substantial “chunk”.

Well the BOD can't be selling out as they would have had to make a Regulatory Announcement (RNS) to the effect they had been trading their personal company shares.

As 2LB rightly states above, the BOD don't seem to have mastered the task in hand at the moment.

Might be worth adding a few more in the 2019/2020 ISA in 10 days time, as at the rate things are going the share price might be.........?.??p
