Well the BOD can't be selling out as they would have had to make a Regulatory Announcement (RNS) to the effect they had been trading their personal company shares.

As 2LB rightly states above, the BOD don't seem to have mastered the task in hand at the moment.

Might be worth adding a few more in the 2019/2020 ISA in 10 days time, as at the rate things are going the share price might be.........?.??p

Really don’t buy the conspiracy theory myself. Even AIM has checks and balances. Don’t see how management can be described as superb when they issue shares at 3.70p make an acquisition and as a result trash half the value of the company. Clearly if the correct price was paid for the deals then current share price is a steal but the market knows something. Finally on liquidity. I know three suppliers who are having issues getting paid on time. Always a sign of cash strain. Still they have enough in the pot to pay for a party in Scotland. Priorities???

Then why are they realising such small amounts of cash? What is the purpose of raising a few thousand in shares? Does that not tell you they do not have sufficient cash available if they feel it is nessacary to raise this money?

I find it unusual how they are issuing such a small amount of new shares.

Are they that low on liquidity they need to issue a few thousand pounds worth of stock? Or have I missed something.
