01/10/2018 15:14 | channel pirate - your holding is relatively modest so fair enough each to their own buying strategy main thing is that once the deal is worked through SWG moves onwards and upwards | cheekyfella
01/10/2018 14:18 | Agreed thats why I have been buying in the market | nw99
01/10/2018 14:02 | Just calculated that my entitlement would be to buy 11819 shares at £0.036p which would save me £47.28p should I have bought them now at £0.04p. Not worth the hassle really, might as well either buy a bigger chunk now or wait until all the new shares from the institutional and open offers are added to those already issued, and then hope the new total may trigger a 'dip' in the share price then. | channel pirate
01/10/2018 13:29 | Agreed I am dip buying here | nw99
01/10/2018 13:05 | Just under 4p which hopefully will prove to be a good price in a few weeks time.Must be plenty of stock available though. | husbod
01/10/2018 13:01 | That's mean!I'll have to buy in the open market. | husbod
01/10/2018 12:53 | Institutions took the rump pretty bullish and chart support here suggest good upside | nw99
01/10/2018 12:53 | will make the 100k you bought this morning seem expensive :-) | cheekyfella
01/10/2018 12:47 | I am placing more bids here to try to get a decent slug | nw99
01/10/2018 12:46 | Such a small amount of shares very bullish | nw99
01/10/2018 12:45 | latest RNS confirms tomorrow - obviously desperate for the cash :-) | cheekyfella
01/10/2018 12:40 | ok only 1 for every 36 held so going to be scramble for these new shares | nw99
01/10/2018 11:18 | AJ Bell have confirmed they have not yet been notified of any corporate activity on this share so as already posted the open offer is not yet available.Good amount of trades on the open market this morning but no change to the spread. | husbod
01/10/2018 10:01 | You are right Husbod - the updated declaration of significant shareholders is below. 01/10/2018 09:43 | Interesting that the terms of the purchase have changed - obviously they couldn't raise enough from the placing so less cash but a greater number of shares are now being taken by the seller. I suppose that's good from the point of view of tying their interests more in with ours although disappointing that the institutions weren't more interested.I'm going for a shed load on the open offer and will see what AJ Bell are saying on that score | husbod
01/10/2018 09:27 | The spread appears horrendous | come on
01/10/2018 08:34 | With 3.75 bid in the market I think they have gone hence buying in the market | nw99
01/10/2018 08:29 | cheeky, Wouldn't think the brokers would be contacting us about the 3.6p open offer until it has been "rubber stamped" at the General Meeting later this month. | channel pirate
01/10/2018 08:27 | Because they have all gone otherwise the market would offer cheaper due to the popularity of the deal I guess | nw99
01/10/2018 08:24 | Why would you buy in the market when you can buy at 3.6p? | cheekyfella
01/10/2018 08:17 | Bought 100k in the market so far | nw99
01/10/2018 08:14 | All gone I am trying to buy in the market but no cheap offers | nw99
01/10/2018 08:11 | Anyone got details from their broker yet about the 3.6p offer to existing shareholders. | cheekyfella
01/10/2018 08:01 | 4.1 best offer at the moment | nw99 |
