Please forgive me if I don't believe anything you say or your claim to have a chum in the planning office.

How does a self proclaimed house bound guy from RG10 who used to be a trolly dolly get to have a chum in Loch Lomond ?

Anyone can apply to see any information held by the National Park through the freedom of information act. Chum , lol

Now confirmed by my chum in the planning office that Scotgold were given verbal warning of a likely postponement of the December planning determination meeting several times during November and were sent official confirmation by email on 28 November.

Scotgold finally released the information to the market at noon on 30 November, which would be an unacceptable delay under normal circumstances but given that the Rights Issue was under way and a few people had already committed cash to it, amounted imho to a serious breach of the MAR regulations.

I will pass my information to the regulators and let them decide.

But my advice to Scotgold would be to get a better Nomad and find a new CEO who understands these things. I believe the Rights Issue process should have been frozen - or not even launched - when Scotgold first heard that a planning delay was on the cards.

NO MORE SCOTTISH GOLD

In answer to another question at the AGM, the BoD reportedly said that there will now be no more Scottish gold available until late 2018/early 2019.

What?

What about the galena stockpile? Has it disappeared? WTF is going on? Where is Scotgold's full BPT report and analysis?

Do these people have a clue?

Get a new CEO who knows the time of day. Please.

I see that at least some of the new shares have just been credited to some brokers' accounts - but still no RNS. Not good enough.

So if it isn't happening on the indicated date they needed to issue an RNS to say when it is happening. Silence is not an option.

RIGHTS ISSUE DEADLINE MISSED

According to the revised Rights Issue schedule published in the 6 December RNS, the new shares were due to be issued on 27 December and admitted to trading TODAY.

What a shower. At the very least there should be an RNS explaining why these deadlines have been missed.

Trouble brewing, I fear.

Not helped by a CEO who seems not to know the time of day with regard to stock market regulatory compliance.

I note from the other place that the BoD told a questioner at the AGM on 28 November that development work on the mine would start when the BPT finished on 15 December.

Fast forward to the RNS on 21 December and the story had already changed - with development work now not starting until/unless there was a positive outcome to the planning application.

So what changed?
