27/12/2017 13:08 | Lol, says the guy with the £4 average that lost a fortune on the banks. You really should stick to the Colon business ,you are good at it after all | vfb1888
24/12/2017 20:20 | pr100, they say that fools and their money are easily parted,Do you ever wonder how they got the money in the first place? | baztea49
24/12/2017 16:00 | What's up boys did I hit a nerve , lol No commission for you Simon or is it Jon these days You know from your own mistakes you should not assume Simon as you are always wrong by a country lane | vfb1888
24/12/2017 15:45 | Not knowing is much healthier/cheaper than thinking you know because the head honcho feeds you BS in person. How much are you down so far? How much do you need to be down before you realise you've been taken for a ride? Sure, you knew enough to stop buying on the market after a while - and not to buy in the weeks leading up to the RI - but that hasn't helped you much has it? Nobody else was buying anyway. Obviously the market can see what's going on here, hence the share price has been in inexorable decline for over a year. Now, having hinted that they would start development work before the planning determination, that's not happening either. I hope you're keeping tabs on your investment because it keeps going up in smoke. And maybe one day, after you have lost enough, you will do the sensible thing and demand a new CEO. I hope you're not spending Christmas in Dorset: looks grim. | pr100
24/12/2017 15:24 | You'll have more hope with Santa. Try asking Simon / Jon but take your tongue out first | vfb1888
24/12/2017 14:30 | Nah Graham, just you tell me and I will be content with that.Hiv a guid Christmas and a great new year. | baztea49
24/12/2017 14:17 | Your nosey , I’ll give you that one . Why don’t you ask Santa ? | vfb1888
24/12/2017 14:05 | Merr Christmas to you auld friend,Hey what is it with 42? I am nosey aboot that. | baztea49
24/12/2017 13:56 | Hi LHB, As I recall it you are the biggest loser,”to old and scared to go underground in case it’s your last “ your words no ? You have to look to the future , the past has gone. Merry Christmas to you no 42. PS : How is the Colon business ? Simon / Jon must be licked clean by now surely | vfb1888
24/12/2017 13:08 | Hey vfb howz ya doin? nice to see that you are cheery after losing so heavily on this munter. Talkin' of people getting things wrong, have you ever got anything correct about sgz? All your big talk has amounted to nothing.Must be easy money in loft conversions, I think you should stick to that.Cononish has cost you dearly. | baztea49
24/12/2017 11:15 | Simon / Jon, & Barry, or shall we call you 42 & 447 Time has always proved you and your colon inspecting friend to be wrong and that will continue to always be the case, one should never assume what one doesn't know. Tick Tock Have a nice Christmas boys , shame there will be no commission for you. | vfb1888
21/12/2017 10:23 | NO LONGER AN OPTION, APPARENTLY From today's RNS: "…the development works will start immediately upon a positive [planning] outcome" From 13 November RNS: "It should be noted, the Company currently still has the option to commence development of the Cononish Project under its full-scale development programme, for which planning permission has previously been granted." So, why not crack on with the permitted development while the money is in the bank? Are they already tightening their belt so as to pay salaries and keep the lights on? Are they not as confident of getting PP as they were? And where are the BPT gold revenues? | pr100
21/12/2017 10:07 | And it looks as though NLR has had to (or always wanted to) swallow all the unclaimed shares. What happened to the plan to offer them to eligible third parties? Couldn't they find any takers? | pr100
21/12/2017 09:45 | The other option could have been a so cheap you can't ignore raising? compare with: The Issue Price of 0.01p per share represents a discount of 92 per cent. to the closing price of an Ordinary Share on AIM on 20 December 2017 of 0.125 pence per Tri-Star share. The Directors do not believe that the Issue Price is representative of the true underlying value of the Company and they have set the Issue Price taking into account that the new shares to be issued are being offered on a pre-emptive basis to existing Tri-Star shareholders at a level so as to encourage wide participation in the Open Offer. | bageo
21/12/2017 09:37 | RI RNS So NLR's entitlement aside, only 1.3m RI shares were taken up by existing shareholders. If we assume that Richard Harris (680k shares) and Graham Donaldson (508k)took up their full entitlement, that would be a combined total of approx 800k new RI shares for them - plus, presumably, the majority of the additional 300k Excess shares. Which would mean only 500k were taken up by other minority shareholders, including you lot. Put in context, there are over 8m shares in issue (excluding the holdings of the notifiable shareholders) with RI entitlements of approx 5.5m shares; so over 90% of them ignored the RI. Judging by the share price since the RI announcement, that looks like a good decision. But it's actually a terrible indictment of this company's performance and management. | pr100
19/12/2017 11:36 | 1582 incoming as a wee Christmas top-up Eh ????????? | baztea49
19/12/2017 11:28 | 1582 incoming as a wee Christmas top-up ;) | glenalmond
19/12/2017 11:24 | latest sell, 20p 20% down on the RI what a shambles and all self imposed. | baztea49
19/12/2017 09:21 | I also have my suspicions that SGZ knew about the planning meeting delay before they announced the Rights Issue - and only released the information after the majority of RI participants had sent in their cash. | pr100
18/12/2017 18:53 | If they don't publish a full BPT report within days I'm going to call the polis. | pr100
18/12/2017 17:36 | 7.9 grammes/tonne x 7200 = 1830 ozs for the stockpile. There has been a huge value reduction going on.I hope the knowledge they have gleaned from the bpt was worth it. | baztea49
18/12/2017 17:14 | Well the bpt should all be wrapped up by now and we have 100 ozs of Scottish gold tops. premium of 30% makes that approx £130k.They are very quiet about how much the have got for the rest. | baztea49
18/12/2017 10:41 | 25oz bar from late November to join the others featured at Nice collection. | glenalmond
