29/11/2016 20:51 | On Target, the first ever produced Scottish gold coin was always going to yield a huge premium versus gold coin 2, 3 & 4 etc. It truly is an unique event, first ever gold from Scotland. As a matter of fact, if the actual Cononish mine would never come to fruition then these coins would become even more unique and no doubt more valuable. | novicetrade68

29/11/2016 14:53 | Bit of misleading RNS. The average price per oz quoted was massively skewed by the price paid for the first round and others clearly paid a premium for other low serial numbers. These are prices paid by shareholders who want a souvenir or are supporting their investment, not what the general public would pay as a premium for jewellery made out of this gold. | on target

08/11/2016 15:35 | Scotland-focused gold miner Scotgold Resources Limited (LON:SGZ) is offering investors the chance to own the first pour of Scottish gold from its Cononish mine in Tyndrum. Chief executive Richard Gray tells Proactive: ''This is a triple-first for us -it's the first gold from Cononish mine - it's the first gold Scotgold resources has produced and importantly it's also the first commercial gold ever mined in Scotland so we felt we needed to do something to mark the event.'' Each gold round is stamped with a unique serial number and features the official registered Scottish gold mark of the stag’s head. Richard Gray added: ''This idea with the gold rounds is really just the icing on the cake. We've been undertaking what we call a bulk processing trial ... and that has opened up some terrific opportunities for us to improve the fundamental economics of our project''. | 0405

29/10/2016 09:19 | Good day, There are a contrast of posts, agreed. I see on other boards the danger of landslides, but that does not match up to the photographic evidence alone; which I have seen here and on some twitter followings. The Australian de-listed completed on the 21st October. So no real excuse to say that is the cause anymore. The Australian,de-listin On other boards a poster has involved the FCA, a Regulator, which rather gags many including the Board. They have to be super careful what they publish under that controlling regime. Ultra conservative, mainly of the past achievements and progress, which did seem to get off to a slow BPT. However, I do see photos of material ready for dore pours. Possibly a security precaution for their movement and mass pours, rather than a small sample for the cameras back in August.
