31/8/2008 00:58 | neither is dealing blind a sensible investment strategy ... From my stand point ..as i see things Leo appears to issue share and options like spreading confetti ..One of the reasons to see very little hope or prospect of a real capital return and none whatsoever of earning any income from the shares in the next 12 months .. This could all change but it depends on who joins the company !!! .. personally I believe the company needs a board room addition and a major shake up ....or this company will remain as an investment avoided by institutions and retail clients ... Jaknife ...if I do not seem to know what I am talking about ..then I am very pleased to be corrected by you or anyone else if I am at fault in my opinion ? | ben angel
31/8/2008 00:39 | talking with someone very influential in the city.. warned me that he knows all about Leo and shaking hands with him ....be advised ..you should always count your fingers afterwards .... I currently do not hold a single share in what is effectively a plc being managed almost along the same lines as a privatly managed company... However the company does appear to have a decent infrastructure already established although I havn't personally seen the main offices yet !!! a share rises 28% on a share qoute that has a 35% dealing spread doesnt mean much to me without volume. prehaps someone is trying to pick up a holding.. who knows ? | ben angel
30/8/2008 19:11 | Ben Angel - 1/ - if you want to learn about validated / unvalidated users just scroll to the bottom of this page . 2/ - listen to JakNife - he is respected . If he says this is pile of xxx he's correct . Run a mile . 3/ - I thought you were going to take a substantial stake in this company - maybe i've misread your posts . - what is your current holding ? - what is /are your intention(s) ? - what is your opinion on the 28% rise ? 4/ - personally , I think you are an idiot and a ramper prove me wrong . | 2trying

26/8/2008 04:58 | A falcon (fɔlkən or fælkən) is any species of raptor in the genus Falco. The word comes from their Latin name falco, related to Latin falx ("sickle") because of the shape of these birds' wings. | ben angel
26/8/2008 04:46 | A phoenix is a mythical bird with a tail of beautiful gold and red plumage (or purple and blue, by some sources [1]). It has a 1,000 year life-cycle, and near the end the phoenix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs that it then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix or phoenix egg arises. The new phoenix is destined to live, usually, as long as the old one. In some stories, the new phoenix embalms the ashes of the old phoenix in an egg made of myrrh and deposits it in the Egypt city of Heliopolis (sun city in Greek). The bird was also said to regenerate when hurt or wounded by a foe, thus being almost immortal and invincible - it is also said that it can heal a person with a tear from its eyes and give him/her temporary immortality; a symbol of fire and divinity. | ben angel
24/8/2008 15:56 | Just a further thought for the bank holiday I wonder who dreamt up the company name Falcon...sounds much more like the name of a Mexican mining company than a city firm of stockbrokers ....having said this ...nothing much wrong with Mexican mining companies ;O) lol | ben angel
24/8/2008 12:08 | Leo is too old and too long in the tooth to change his ways at this stage of his career ...so yes his company can be turned around but only with a change in leadership, attitude and positive direction !!!! regards Ben | ben angel
24/8/2008 11:16 | Ben have you tried to contact leo to explain your views regarding atr, and if not how can you judge this little company and how it is run without knowing all the facts...no one kows what is going on behind closed doors...for all we know they could be lining up another business in exchange for 50m shares, which are held by Rubi ltd ( taken from last results ) REPORT AND ACCOUNTS CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007 In the year to 31 December 2007 Group revenue rose to £1,812,000 up from £1,029,000 in 2006. As reported Alltrue sold its wholly owned subsidiary IXL back to the original vendors in exchange for their interest in Rubi Ltd, a special purpose vehicle that holds 50m Alltrue ordinary shares, being the original considerati ALLTRUE INVESTMENTS PLC CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007 This has been a year of establishing two complementary stockbroking businesses and given the economic climate the Board is very satisfied to be reporting a profit, on the operating level at least, and believes that given the momentum of each business the Group will be well placed to take advantage when market volumes and activity return to normal levels. I look forward to reporting further progress to you in the future. if you do make contact with leo please post your findings thanks!! | fenseal3 |
