Had a chat 2 weeks ago with my broker about this share, i said...i want to see if this can move north by end of year....he said that he had heared this will delist very soon, so sell half my holding...i asked why and the answer came back like so many shares no one wants to buy a share thats being run this way by the mm...he said the results where good ,good turnover but admin costs need to come down a bit long term this can happen,i also rang atr even they said they are surprised at the share price...any other share would have gone up on those results but atr stays down...........i will sell the rest when i can.

ATR has changed to sets trading recently, which may account for the erratic behavior of the share price, once that first trade in months (a sell) went through yesterday. Best mm bid at the moment 250K @0.1p v offer 150K @0.31p and 100K @0.4p. The stock is illiquid so small sales/purchases will make for huge swings in the share price. DYOR

If this company is to survive apart from strenghtening the board with a new chairman --it needs a capital reconstruction weighted in favour of all shareholders primarily away from Knifton and Weller's tight control-
To survive ATR needs Falcon to acquire or merge the balance of MPS it does not already own --
And if Knifton and Weller will agree terms in the interests of all shareholders then I will personally support a further financial placing to help grow the company

kindest regards

CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007

This has been a year of establishing two complementary stockbroking businesses
and given the economic climate the Board is very satisfied to be reporting a
profit, on the operating level at least, and believes that given the momentum
of each business the Group will be well placed to take advantage when market
volumes and activity return to normal levels. I look forward to reporting
further progress to you in the future.

if you do make contact with leo please post your findings thanks!!
