Only thing I can see is a new document has been added to the ongoing court case with Convatec. I have no experience in Law so just trying to make sense of this but looks like Scapa have requested this goes to a specialised court, which I assume means a delay to the process. As others have stated previously I don't see this as a huge issue as the company perform well in other sectors.

It has touched 250 a few times but it seems to need more attempts to break it properly.

What are people thinking the upside is here now?We are at top of range and approaching resistance from 125 moving AVE so some sideway/slip in the near term?

We'd never agree and I suspect we have little in common, Valhamos, so I'll leave it here.

What on earth are you on about? - there was nothing about a deal in the referendum question. In fact we were repeatedly warned by Cameron and the Project Fear brigade that no deal was extremely likely because there would not be enough time to conclude a FTA with the EU.

The legislation has already been passed enabling no-deal Brexit. May's appalling Withdrawal Agreement failed 3 times to get through Parliament. There is no alternative at this stage.

Sounds like you haven't yet got used to the referendum result. It's been 3 years surely time to get over it and move on?

There is no mandate for a no-deal Brexit, which is all that Johnson and his clueless cronies can 'achieve', therefore they are attempting to stifle any rightful opposition. I hope that this appalling action explodes in their faces over the coming days.

Not at all - all his policies will be revealed in the Queen's Speech and debated for days in Parliament. Then there will be a vote on the Queen's Speech. That's democracy.

This has been the longest Parliamentary session since the English Civil War. It is fitting and properly democratic that we have another one because this current session is not really doing much at all except to try and thwart the expressed democratic will of the people.

How an earth can a Government in power stage a coup?

Looks like I was timely in taking some profits... but time will tell. Most shares getting a hammering today due to Johnson's appalling right wing coup.

Haven't had mine yet in either of my two accounts. Nice to have, but in any event massively dwarfed by our capital gains in this share, eh Fizzy? Taken some handsome profits as I bought as low as 148p this time around!!
